I had my first deep tissue massage with Gregory last week, and my second massage with him yesterday. I just have to repeat what another reviewer previously stated - my sessions with Gregory seriously have me questioning what I've been paying for before finding Solely Therapeutic. I went in due to neck and shoulder pain, and the relief after 1 session was immense. Gegory's anatomy knowledge is incredible, and you can easily see that he cares about long-term results. During and after both sessions, I was provided with exercises and stretches to do between massages to continue to help relieve my neck and shoulder pain. I encourage anyone looking for a truly effective, results-based therapist to book with him - highly recommend!

Recently had the pleasure of experiencing my first massage ever. It was a great experience. Kelley provided a truly therapeutic session, blending expertise with genuine care. I never got to experience the old location, however, the new space is incredibly inviting and perfectly set up for relaxation. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. Kelley went out of her way to show me exercises and stretch’s way past my allotted hour and goes above and beyond taking the time to know her clients. Solely offers an environment that is more than “just a massage” but one where you feel supported and cared for every step of the way.

I have been getting prenatal massages from Solely the last 1-2 years for both my pregnancies and I cannot recommend their services enough. From start to finish, the experience is exceptional. Kelley is the best massage therapist I have ever had and I can honestly say you won’t get a better massage. She is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable. She takes the time to understand my specific needs and tailors the massage accordingly. Her technique is very effective yet gentle, applying the correct pressure and knowing exactly the right areas to work to relieve tension and promote deep relaxation. The atmosphere of the massage rooms is serene and calming, enhancing the overall experience. I am continuously impressed by the professional and attentive care provided each time I go. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and with significantly reduced muscle tension. It’s evident that Kelley is passionate about her work and genuinely cares about her clients’ well-being. I’ve been going to Solely since I moved to St Pete in 2019. It has been amazing seeing Kelly grow her business. The new location is gorgeous. Bella has been amazing helping me with recovery and getting out of pain. She goes above and beyond.

Bella is such a genuine light! I came in for my first massage ever and she took the time to ensure I was comfortable and went over and above in explaining what she was doing and gave me tips for care after the massage. This was my first time to solely Therapeutic Massage. I had Jordan as my therapist and I chose the "Lomi Lomi " massage which was absolutely wonderful.Jordan is an excellent therapist ,the atmosphere of the building is very calm and pleasing and everyone was super friendly. I will definitely be back !!

Jordan at Soley was wonderful - Strong and knowledgeable and professional! I highly recommend her for people who need a serious massage (really deep tissue) and would also enjoy a spa experience with the beautiful smells, comforts, warm weighted blankets, cupping, and modern lo-fi music to accompany. Definitely my new go-to!
