I booked a 60-minute Swedish massage with Lisa and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had! She was so attentive to my problem areas and it was just the right balance of gentle touch mixed with firmer pressure on those tough spots. I felt fantastic afterwards and the pain reduction was noticeable. Highly recommend!

I booked a 90 minute massage because I’ve had a persistent soreness in my leg from repeatedly exercising without stretching afterwards. The massage therapist, Clarance, spent most of the time on my upper body. Honestly, when I left my leg felt the same and I thought he didn’t do enough to address my main concern. But the next day when I woke up all of the soreness was gone and I had a full range of motion. I exercised without any discomfort. Not only was the massage relaxing and thorough, but the effects were lasting. I will definitely be back!

Aleta was awesome. Asked questions and tailored my massage to my personal needs. Provided an informative recap on my problem areas and gave good recommendations for future care. Highly recommend!

Came to Soma for a 60min massage with Tiara and it was just wonderful. She was fabulous, applied the perfect pressure (I requested more medium vs firm which I normally prefer, but was feeling tender/sore to begin with) and checked in to make sure I was cozy shortly after beginning my massage. I am impressed with how much tension was released and how great I felt afterwards. Run, don't walk, to Tiara!!!

My massage with Troy was truly healing. I was nervous going in, but he immediately made me feel at ease. The touch pressure during the massage was just right, and I definitely felt better coming out than going in. The facility was easy to find, clean, and comfortable. The heated bed, oil , and warm towels really enhanced the experience. I highly recommend giving Troy and SOMA a try.

My massage with Tiara was amazing. It was truly the definition of a therapeutic massage. She focused on my trouble spots, used the right pressure in the right ways, and was gentle and kind throughout. Next time I'm in St. Louis, I will definitely be back.

I live in Alabama and was looking for a spa to gift a special someone who lives in St. Louis with a Swedish massage. As you can imagine trying to find something online is hit or miss but my encounter over the phone with Troy was amazingly seamless and the massage that my friend enjoyed with Clarance exceeded our expectations. Clarance was professional, knowledgeable, very very kind, and oh my goodness the man has gifted hands! Her description of her visit makes me want to go to St Louis just to experience a great massage from Clarance. The atmosphere, music and overall vibe of the studio was just wonderful. I highly recommend Soma if you're looking for a great massage studio in St Louis. This will not be her first visit there.
