We walked out after one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. When we first entered, the waitress looked right at us but chose to ignore us completely, instead assisting others around us like we didn’t exist. We had to seat ourselves and waited for an unacceptable amount of time without so much as a greeting, let alone any service. It was beyond disrespectful and made it clear that customer care is not a priority at this place. Absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional—we will never be back.

Well we attempted to try Sonoma’s yesterday 6/13/24 after our soccer game, but were surprised by the reception. They were unwelcoming, uninterested in our presence and our business. Making all kind of excuses not to serve us, from “kitchen closed to , table location and Tv programming”. I’m not 100% sure why, but its Sad to see unwelcoming Atmosphere. I wish I had read the reviews before going, but one of our teammates had recommended this place. Believe the reviews. Not worth getting insulted for no reason. Left and went to a nearby restaurant and we were welcome with open arms and provided with excellent service by a company that values customer service and go the extra mile to retain customers regardless of how you look.

Love this place. Live band on Saturday nights. No cover. Nice crowd who feel like neighborhood friends. Good food. Great wings. Great service.

Pretty decent vegan wrap! Staff is very cool. Fifth star if the beers got a little more exciting, but overall solid.

We went here for the first time today. My husband wanted to throw some darts and was delighted that they had several boards. Our server was very nice and gave us great service. I had a smoked mushroom wrap which was really tasty. My husband had a hot Italian sub which he loved. We really like everything about this bar/restaurant and will be back.

This place was awesome the staff are friendly, food delicious and owners charitable. Best of all they had a breathalyzer in the bathroom to make sure you never drive home drunk
