I had my first, and definitely not last massage with Jocelyn on 10/7/24. She carefully listened to my issues and asked questions about them. She gave her genuine time, care, compassion, and recommendations. I can honestly say the next day I felt amazing! I wasn't sure if some of my issues could be improved with this massage and they were! First of all, I can just tell Jocelyn is a kind soul, and considering massage can be a very vulnerable process, I appreciated that about her so much! I had a tight, painful shoulder with restricted movement when I walked in, and by the time I walked out I was able to move it with almost no pain. I honestly hadn’t even realized how bad the restriction was and how much I was compensating in other parts of my body until she loosened it up. I was able to incorporate small weights back into my workout a few days later and I was so pumped! Her space is super clean and comfortable, I got to choose my own oil blend to add in, and her prices are very reasonable!

I had a massage with Heather this weekend and it was great. I arrived with a really stiff middle back and knotted lower legs. Heather made me feel at ease and the environment at Soul Solace Massage was super clean and very relaxing. It started with a nice warm table and relaxing music which helped me wind down. Heather found all my tender spots (I had a lot more than I thought!) and worked on them until they loosened up. I really enjoyed the hot stone aspect of the massage as well. It seemed to help getting those muscles to relax. It was a wonderful experience. I only wish I had scheduled 90 minutes instead of 60!

My massages with Jocelyn are a favorite of mine. She asks questions about issues I want help with, listens to what I need, and includes aromatherapy for the mood I’m in. I leave feeling relaxed, rested, and peaceful. Truly amazing!

11/26/24 - Updating my review because I just got an Ashiatsu (barefoot) massage from Jocelyn. WOW! I didn’t know exactly what to expect, but what I received was an incredible, one-of-a-kind massage. The deep tissue effect was there, but the pressure was broader and more evenly distributed, which felt amazing - especially since I’ve been running a lot lately. It truly felt like my entire fascia got a much needed stretch and release! Expectations - I did think Jocelyn was going to stand on my back but she stands on the massage table or sits on a chair so she can skillfully use her bare feet. Her ability to deliver precise, targeted pressure with her feet is impressive and speaks to her incredible talent as a massage therapist. I highly recommend getting an Ashiatsu massage! —— 4/30/24 - I recently got a massage from Hot Stones Heather. It was my first time getting a massage with hot stones. I highly recommend it! Heather did this wonderful thing where initially, I would feel the heat within her hands, then I could feel the heat and strength from the hot stones and then she completed the focus area with her strong hands. My calf muscle was pretty sore from a leg cramp and Heather worked it all out! I booked a 90 min appointment for 7pm. As usual, when I'm done with a massage from Soul Solace Massage, I felt like jello. So it was really lovely to go home and go straight to bed. The next morning, I felt like a million bucks. Thank you Heather!

I have been seeing Joclyn since December of 2023. Love Joclyn! She is so talented in her massage skills. She started out working on my right side and neck. She then realized I needed work on my hips / glutes. That really helped loosen up my back as well. Joclyn needed to reschedule my appointment due to some personal things she needed to attend to. She asked me if I would like to keep my schedule and try an appointment with her new hire, Heather. I said, "Sure!" Heather is absolutely amazing. I love really deep tissue massage. The deeper the better! Heather has some of the strongest hands I've ever had massage me! She then added hot stones......oh, yeah!!! I've seen Heather a few times now and have 2 more appointments scheduled! I highly recommend Soul Solace, Joclyn and Heather!

Heather was exactly what I needed. I already booked with her again. She is an excellent therapist and it shows in the time and care she took to understand me and what I was/am going through. Can not wait to go back!

I cannot recommend Soul Solace and Jocelyn enough. I was looking for a nice, gentle, relaxing experience and couldn't be happier. I ended up booking more apts because I so happy with the experience I had.
