I had a 60 minute massage, 60 minute facial, and 60 minute speciality foot soak all for just $180! Unreal! My massage therapist Shannon was so kind and welcoming and made me feel incredibly comfortable throughout the entire process. It was completely consent-based with no assumptions made—a rare thing I have found at other establishments. I had Ashley for my facial; she took such care to ensure my sensitive skin was treated with the proper products. Her positive spirit made the entire experience feel like both pampering and self-care. I left with the softest skin I have had since birth. Dewy and glowing, I loved her work!! And to wrap up I got the specialty foot soak with Nicole F. I got to sit next to my friend, chat, and enjoy the calm vibes. Best part? Nicole knows how to give a rad foot massage! She ended our spa day experience on a high note—I really loved her friendly, sparkling personality! 10/10 will absolutely go back again. And don’t forget—the prices are incredibly reasonable so tip well!

I had a few massage sessions with Jannine Gaudet at Southern Maine Massage & Wellness in Windham and she was great! My experience was so relaxing and comfortable. My body was in so much pain and she made me feel so much better. She listened to my concerns and helped relieve and heal all the uncomfortable spots. The massages are affordable and the rooms are extremely clean and it feels calming.

I was in Maine for a vacation and I booked a 60 min massage at SMM&W. It was so peaceful and relaxing. I found the rooms to be super spacious and they didn't feel crammed like some other massage studios. Theresa was so warm and accommodating, and even though I was running a few minutes late, I never felt rushed or judged. Great place, will be back for sure.

My sister, daughter, and I had an excellent experience at Southern Maine Massage & Wellness. We had a girl's day out, and did foot soaks and foot massages with Nick. He was welcoming, friendly, and accommodating! The soaks and massages were relaxing and rejuvenating, and Nick was professional and knowledgeable. Don't be fooled by the exterior of the building. It does not represent the experience you will have, once inside. It is warm, inviting, and clean. I will definitely go back in the future!

I have looked for a new massage place in the area as I like to get one about once a month and the place I used to go to was very expensive for just an okay massage. I came across Southern Maine Massage & Wellness and booked a 60 min massage with Adrianna...I was absolutely blown away! She is so knowledgeable about the body and areas it holds stress, it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. With their membership program, to me it is an incredibly good price for that! I felt very comfortable with their protocols for COVID-19 and was able to relax and enjoy my time there. I liked it so much that I booked back to back sessions with Adrianna for my spouse and I the following week which he LOVED. He too said it was the best massage he’s ever had. We are so happy with the quality of what we are getting for the price, I also wanted to mention the communication of the front desk is great as I’ve left a massage maybe twice and I’ve always been contacted back right away which I appreciate. This is a wonderful place to go, highly recommend!!!!

Highly recommend getting a massage or bodywork done here! I had an appt with Nicole T. and she was super knowledgeable, really sweet, and gave an amazing massage! This facility is a co-op and the yearly membership (optional to join) is only $25 and gives you a steep discount on most of their services. The interior space was bright and newly renovated. Services were reasonably priced. I will absolutely be back!
