Place has potential. But has basically fallen into somewhere between an Icehouse and a small bar. Drinks seemed pricey for the location. But the owner was very cordial and service oriented. Has karaoke inside on Friday as well as a bar on the patio. Volleyball outside. I stopped by on a Friday shortly afternoon. And the place was basically empty. So not the best gauge. Would be willing to try again at night.

I went to this place for the first time last Friday and I had such a blast we’re already planning to go back this Friday too! The atmosphere was good, drinks was good, I loved the fact that it’s a small quaint place. It was just good energy!

This was a nice little spot. Ole school late night cafe style bar. I love the countrysides of Texas. Its mins away from my sisters house in Katy. Affordable drinks. Mixed atmosphere.

Great place...food was in point, music was great, drunks were nice as well(best priced drinks ever)! Plea ty of space inside and especially outside...family friendly...check it out for yourself and it's plenty of shopping and hotels around I mean best place to go for fun and genuine service!!!

Destined to Overcome
Very first time I’ve been to Southland in six years and told I can’t pay cash but it’s all credit now after I pulled out cash twice out of an ATM there there Because I didn’t want to be double charged the food was excellent. Dale is always been excellent with his food, but I never expected to be told that it straight card now not cash. Why do you have an ATM don’t make sense. This bar when I first came to it six years ago has changed tremendously. I know of many times the bartender never got paid. They would have the bartender digging out in landfill for a volley Court and seven different owners never on the same page liquor not being purchased, etc. bartenders not their owners walking out and saying drinks are on them places I’m surprised can’t keep the grass cut
