I've seen Lauren many times and this review is way overdue. Lauren is a professional, she also exudes this rare warm healing energy that I have yet to find in massage therapist. Although this may be her title, I consider her to be a true healer. When I first booked with Lauren I booked Lomi Lomi (which is not an easy modality to find) I was in heaven (so I thought) until my second visit when I chose the thai/Lomi combo and boy was this heaven x1000. to be stretched carefully and effectively in all which ways my body could handle and then ending the session with the best Lomi I've ever had was mind blowing to say the least. I am in awe of Lauren, her personality and her healing abilities; she is magical and her magic lingers on my body and soul for weeks to follow. I urge anyone and everyone to see her and experience some of this magic that keeps bringing me back.

I am a long-time devotee of massage (shiatsu and deep tissue in particular) and I just had the best massage I've ever had. This was my first session with Lauren and I have already booked another. Lauren is friendly, professional and knowledgable. She does a complete intake before the first session, explains why she's doing certain movements and what she hopes to achieve throughout the bodywork session. She provides aftercare information and even a sample of herbal tea. The environment is very organized, immaculate and "zen". This was a great mind/body experience.

Such an amazing massage, Lauren was so nice and welcoming. She really worked to eliminate my pain in some trouble areas. And you could really tell she knew what she was doing and cared for how her client felt and how they enjoyed the massage. I left completely relaxed and at ease.
