Sparks Massage & Reflexology

I dropped into get a massage. Waited 15 minutes before I could get my massage. The massage was good a little on the agressive side. She did ask if I wanted her to go lighter. I just think I was that tight. The manager was kind and friendly. I will be back.

I have gone to this spa on 2 other occasions; when I visit Reno/Sparks. Wonderful, caring, professional. I will continue to enjoy their services every trip as I am available. After a long travel day; nothing better than a great massage to make the remainder of your trip even better!!

Anna was wonderful! It was one of the best and most intense massages of my life. She was not afraid to continue to apply deep pressure, as most other massage therapists are. There were definitely moments of discomfort, but I encouraged her to keep going and she was great at listening. My only critique is that there were a couple of times when when she didn’t do the same treatment on both sides, just my left or my right. So it felt a tiny bit uneven. But other than that, it was fantastic. And she was also very sweet! Thank you, Anna!

Underwear on massage, so don’t make the mistakes I made and ware boxer briefs with the elastic around the legs. Actually massage was fine. But the massage therapist wore gloves a lot which was weird and there wasn’t much flow to the massage. A lot of stopping and starting again. But overall it got the job done and got the areas worked out that I needed after traveling. It’s also a little pricy for what you get.

I visited Sparks Massage & Reflexology after riding my bicycle for 254 miles. My back and legs were sore from the effort and my masseuse had me feeling incredible after treatment. Clean environment, fresh sheets, perfect temperature. They took the time to understand my needs. Overall, it was an awesome experience!

I am a Massage Therapist and have been for over 30 years. I live in the Midwest and travel all over the United States and to other countries and regularly get massaged. Today I had a deep massage with cupping. The massage therapist knew right where I've been hurting for the last week. Her hands were strong but knew when to let up. This is a gift to know what the tissue needs and doesn't need. She listened to my body. I will definitely be back when I am back in town. If I'm able to go tomorrow I might go back for more bodywork. I was really impressed with this place. Thank you for providing good care and a safe place! Your knowledge and care to detail is appreciated! I recommend this place 100%.

I've been going to Sparks Massage and Reflexology for a couple of years and I have nothing but good things to say! Hands down my favorite place to go in Sparks. The business is clean and welcoming. Everyone is friendly. I have never not had an excellent massage here. I went in because my neck and shoulders have been extremely tight. I also had a bad headache. Sophia was amazing and relieved all of the tension, headache gone.

Luis is very good. I told receptionists i don’t want hot stones. Message did not get across. The music went off like 15 mins in and light was bright so was a little more awkward than normal. I wanted to say something, but I felt like it was gonna take seven minutes off of my massage for him to fix everything so I just let it go. But I do not want to take away from Lewis’s massage was very very good
