You even judged a book by it's cover ? I did for this place and once i stepped in i was definitely wowed! Despite its appearance on the outside it's very very spacious of the inside every staff member greeted us at every section of this bar front middle back patio very friendly don't really have to wait to order your drink. Super clean environment i felt extremely welcomed and would like to keep visiting more frequently ❤️

A cool speakeasy and excellent bartenders!! Just tell them what liquor you like and they will make you drink. The pizza is great!! Nice atmosphere and ambiance!!

Family run social gathering drinkery. Very positive atmosphere. With patrons ranging from 30's to 70's, while I was there, everyone had a good time. Staff is super cool, highly informative and very involved/engaging with the customers. Free WiFi for customers so you can make your friends jealous over social media. Locally sourced produce creates exciting drink specials. Music was great. The energy in this place is just awesome. Food truck on site serving seriously amazing food. If you haven't been here, get it together .

They no longer have a full kitchen, which is unfortunate, as their food was really good. I miss the flatbreads and street tacos. But they do have snacks and charcuterie that are still amazing, as everything SOTD does typically is, and there are several food options nearby. The staff is top-notch, offering the service and best cocktails in the area, and by "area" I mean the whole state of Ohio. They frequently offer pop-up kitchens, live entertainment, and other worthwhile events, and they're always worth attending. There's always a mixed crowd of friendly patrons, and everyone is always enjoying themselves immensely. Whenever we're at a loss for something to do, we'll just head to SOTD, have a few creative artisan cocktails, and enjoy the vive. Truly a hidden gem that I almost hate to review in fear of making seat availability even more limited. But seriously, great place. If you've never been there, and enjoy the best in adult libations, you definitely need to check them out. If there's an event, I recommend going early, and if you're staying a while, an Uber or D.D. might not be a bad idea. They're mixology is no joke.

Amazing cocktails - like the best I’ve ever had - so fresh, so modern, so delish! The best pizzas ever- the kind that I would crave everyday - super fresh and unique ingredients, they have carry out boxes, as well! So happy that such happy, modern, and creative joints have opened up in Lorain, Ohio like Speak of the Devil, Union Town Provisions Cafe, Brew and Stew, Boarders Cafe, and Bascule brewery and public house, to name a few. Lorain is such a heritage spot and has the most amazing Lakeview Park, as part of the north coastal area. A round of applause to the government and local business owners to truly revive Lorain.

This place was amazing!!! I didn’t catch the gentlemen that was helping us but he was spot on. He was very quick with our orders and was very nice. We will definitely be returning!!!!

Tucked just a 1/2 block off Broadway is one of the best hidden gems in Northeast Ohio. Calling this place a bar is a disservice this is a true cocktail lounge serving some of the best crafted cocktails I have experienced and by staff that truly love what they do. Next time take the short detour from the main strip of Broadway and treat yourself to a one of a kind experience.
