Sports Massage by Kristi

I've had a number of soft tissue therapists work on me since I was 19. Kristi is the absolute best! She's incredibly aware, knowledgeable, and effective. I have and will HIGHLY recommend her!

Kristi is a talented, intuitive and knowledgeable bodyworker. I recently found her services and my physical body couldn't be more grateful. Krist's work is deep, specific and healing. This is not a spa or relaxation massage. This is a massage that releases old tensions and helps realign the body. I am so grateful to have found her work and look forward to leading a more balanced life with her skilled support.

Kristi is amazing - I have had many massages in my life, and I think she is the best massage therapist I've ever been to. She really gets in there, works out the issues and does true true body work that heals from the inside out! I feel so lucky to be able to see her. Couldn't recommend more highly!

I’ve been going to Kristi for over a year now. I had specific issues with my shoulders and neck along with some other problems. It wasn’t long before those issues abated due to Kristi’s work. She also gave me stretches to help sustain her work until the next appointment.

I have had chronic pain in my upper hamstring to pelvis attachment for years caused by sports and overworking. I've seen handfuls of varying professionals and received treatments such as: deep corrective stretching, rolfing, shock-wave treatment, chiropractics, running/gate analysis and correction, and dry needling. Nothing has helped until I saw Kristi! She worked with me to get to to the root of the problem and taught me at-home care that has been life changing. Kristi is a body-professional who actually listens to you and helps to find a way to improve your everyday life. I am still shocked that I don't feel extreme pain everyday. I could not be more grateful to her!

In the past I have not been able to handle deep pressure so when I originally booked with Kristi I was a little worried, however  Kristi was able to slowly and gently work on the areas of concern while keeping it comfortable and relaxing for me.  She was highly professional and communicative throughout the entire session making me feel even more at ease.  Kristi trully has a genuine talent that leads to her clients to having a wonderful massage experience time and time again!

Kristi is so much more than a massage therapist. She is a true healer! She is incredibly compassionate, knowledgeable and skilled. I have had a chronic pinched nerve in my neck for months, and after the first session I had regained significant range of motion and decreased pain. After my 2nd appointment I felt better than I have in months.She has given me hope again. I can’t recommend her highly enough!
