This is my second time visiting Springfield Therapeutic Massage after experiencing painful muscle aches from stress. Both times I was a walk-in and the staff was very kind and accommodating from the moment I approached the front desk all the way to my massage with my masseuse. Angela is the best and always is very thorough in treating my whole body while also paying attention to my sore spots. Will continue coming!

Everything about this place is cheap. The oil they use stinks, I did an hour for $75 it was waste of money and time. The guy who massaged name Mason making me feel uncomfortable, by getting closer to my body, so unprofessional. Nothing is good at this, place. The cashier told me how much I should tip him, worst experience ever and will not recommended to anyone and will definitely not go there again.

Asked specially for a female and was given a male after already being undressed on the table. If you ask the question, why don’t you honor the answer?? I’m not sure if this was a mistake or lack of attention on doing your job correctly, but this is inappropriate. Then a tip envelope was shoved in my face the second I stepped into the lobby. Do better.

Today I visited Springfield Therapeutic. The massage and experience was very professional. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and professional. Looks like she really enjoyed dealing with customers. The overall experience was great and I will be returning.
