Stadium Sports Grill

Casual atmosphere, sports playing on all the screens, they seem used to serving everyone that comes through town, quick service, great steak tips wrap, and tasty crisp homemade chips. Loved those things. Waitress was friendly, super attentive, and quick. She even had them split our wrap in the kitchen for us when we said we were sharing. And they did a perfect medium rare on the tips, when they're that small, it's impressive to me.

The young guy working the bar was pretty cool. Had both the regular and the buffalo chicken potato skins, they were alright. Don’t expect good customer service if you’re not a local, I was just passing through. Definitely need to work on customer service and not being on their phone.

The server was incredibly rude, including to a 6 year old child who was undecided about her meal choice. Bacon was undercooked. Cell phones not allowed, and they are not polite about it. We have frequented this restaurant for many years when in Belle, but I do not intend to go back. It’s one thing to be rude to an adult, but to be rude to a shy, quiet child is unforgivable. ETA: the owner apparently read this review and retaliated by placing a bad review of me at my place of employment, although I have never seen him professionally. I will let everyone I know to avoid both of his restaurants.

The waitress snapped at the very shy 6 year old in our party because she was unsure what she wanted to order, and immediately after that was very impatient with a 10 year old who took an extra second to remember what he wanted to order. Then, as we were talking and sharing a video of the kids' sports with our visiting friend, the waitress came by and informed us that they "don't allow speaker phones", and that we could "finish that one, but no more." It is important to note the video was quiet enough that individuals in our party who were at the opposite end of the table could not hear it. When the bill came, 18% gratuity was already added, despite the unbelievably rude service. We asked the waitress at that time why they had the speakerphone rule, and she looked us directlt in the eye and said "its annoying." In honor of that ridiculous, rude answer, here is a list of some of the things that annoyed me about this experience: I found it annoying that the food was mediocre and not hot. I found it annoying that this employee didnt have the decency to be kind and patient with children. I found it annoying to have to cover my glass with my hand for the duration of the meal in order to keep the flies out. I found it annoying that they added gratuity automatically despite horrendous service. I found it annoying that they would have such a tone deaf, offensive rule that is so unfriendly to happy gatherings of any sort...and then have the nerve to enforce it in such a completely rude way. I found it annoying that this employee created a bad memory for us. Do not visit this place. McDonalds will have similar food quality and will attend your needs better and with more civility. Update: less than a week after this was posted, the owner attempted to take revenge on our party for the negative reviews. AVOID.

The steak tips were melt in your mouth goodness! Our waitress Amber was friendly and did a great job of checking on us! We stopped 2 yrs ago and had the same great experience and sure glad we stopped again.

Best steak tips in the hills area. 3 stars for service because waitress was extremely slow for only having 4 other tables occupied. Asked for A1 sauce and got heinz 57 instead. And had to ask for drinks to be refilled.

After breaking down for the day I found this place which was recommended to me by some of the locals. Wednesday night doesn’t seem to be very busy but the waitress said that the tourist season is just kicking in. They have a bar with beer and liquor, however the choice of liquor and tap beer seems to be a little bit more than minimal. The waitresses are so polite and quick.

Awesome service. Great Prices. I'm so glad I discovered this place. I had a Black & Blue burger that was absolutely delicious. The Jameson went with it quite well.
