Steamworks Baths Vancouver

Such a cool place to grab drinks and some good food. They have a cool space inside and outside. We had great sangria and beers, onion rings, wings, pizza, sweet potato fries, and garlic parm fries. Would highly recommend while visiting Vancouver!

I also used to go to this place to work out. My friend and I purchased a group of passes and went during the daytime, but we consistently encountered rudeness and disrespect from the same overweight, bald man that other people have mentioned here. Due to this ongoing issue, I won't be returning until he is no longer employed there. I would discourage anyone from visiting this place until the company takes responsibility for the poor customer service and disrespect done by management. I've seen reviews dating back to earlier this year mentioning similar issues by the same person. It's time the company addresses this problem. Not only will I not return, but I will also share my experience with others any time and place I can.

Ive never had a bad time at Steamworks Vancouver. Staff are helpful, renovations have been good and welcomed. Come with an open mind and you will have fun ;). One star reviews say more about the reviewer than the place.

Not the greatest but still the best/busiest one out of 3 in Vancouver. They recently renovated and it's now cleaner and more pleasant than before COVID. Busier on Fridays and Saturdays. After 8 PM. Great alternative to apps.

I went there 2 days in a row. And I explained to the receptionist that I was visiting from Australia and I have no idea everything works. He kindly explained everything for me. I’m definitely coming back when I have a chance

I've been there many times and there are one or two receptionists who treat me rudely with provocative language from time to time. Once I changed from locker to room and the guy (short and a bit fat) just threw the keys on the desk and said get out of here. This attitude is unbelievable, why do you need people like this working there. Of course there are a few staff who are nice and they do the right thing.

The hottest Asian bathhouse in town...the only hotter thing there is the boiling water showers...

I was recently here and rented the most expensive room they had. I'm a CD so I done my makeup put on my wig and walked around in a g string just for the owner to tell me that I can't walk around like that like what? So somebody with long hair cant walk around or somebody with a g string on Can't walk around. What's the problem? Everybody else walks around naked, not impressed and will never go there again .
