Stress Less Massage

I had a shoulder injury I was afraid would never stop hurting. It really limited my range of motion and even kept me from sleeping well at night. Doctor gave me an exercise to do that didn't seem to help. Sterling Therapeutic had helped a friend of mine so I thought I'd give that a try before waiting for another doctor appointment. Randa was amazing. She is very knowledgeable and took the time and care to find out what motions were causing pain. She explained everything she was doing and the benefits of the different techniques she used. She even gave me some tips for continued healing of my shoulder. The massage was definitely not the kind you get at a spa - they are pretty upfront about that, but it was certainly therapeutic and pain relieving and I gained about 80% of my mobility back in just one session. Very pleased with the overall experience as well as the treatment itself!

I've consistently had the best massage experience I've ever had every time I've been. It's a place we're what you pay for is what you get, and it is worth it. The staff are incredible and the service is excellent. Sterling is an amazing individual and the other massage therapists on staff really know what they are doing as well. My fiance and I have gotten a massage with all of them and have had nothing but great experiencs. I can't imagine anyone leaving disappointed no matter who you book with.

Had an incredible session with Randa today and left feeling light as a feather! I’ve been having issues with lower back pain for years, especially during and after pregnancy. Randa was able to root out the spot, relieve the tension and showed me some excellent stretches to help work it out. What a pro! Not to mention the fantastic conversation we had while she worked her magic. Truly a gem. Don’t walk, RUN to Sterling Therapeutic Massage! Thanks a million, Randa!

I was treated by Randa, she is excellent. It can be hard to find a good licensed massage therapist who really knows what they are doing - Randa treated all of the places that were bothering me with expertise and empathy. She even showed me a helpful new stretch. Worth every penny, definitely going back.

I received a therapeutic massage from Randa at Sterling Therapeutic Massage at the Bryan location. I went in with a shoulder issue, and Randa used a great technique to get it moving again. I received the 90 minute, and she was able to identify and treat several issues. The entire process was very easy, from the online scheduling to check out. The facility is very clean and relaxing. This is not a spa, but definitely a place to come get treated and correct problem areas. They offer memberships, and I was so impressed I bought one.
