Great location overlooking the Manitowoc River, Lake Michigan, and the SS Cobia. They don't serve food but do have snacks. Also, they're totally ok if you bring your own food.

Sub Pub that is on top the Maritime Museum is a hidden gem with beautiful views of Lake Michigan and the River frontage. They serve beer, cocktails, etc at a reasonable price. They have tables with umbrellas and plenty of standing and walking space, even a designated smoking. The only thing they should change is the hours, they first open the Sub Pub at 5 pm till 10 pm. If you want tourist to take full advantage of seeing the Museum, open earlier in the afternoon to utilize it more.

Great location to enjoy nice weather and even music drifting over from a near by venue (but at a volume which still allows for a conversation. If you don't feel like drinking try a Torpedo Juice root beer. Reminds me of the old root beer popsicles.

We looked at the website and drove from Green Bay, only to find that they were closed for a private event. Disappointing, but we could see that the pub has a beautiful view. We'll have to try again some day

Nice view over the harbor with bird's eye view of the WW2 submarine, cool place to relax with friends for a few drinks.
