Have used the IR sauna twice now and it’s very comfortable and relaxing. You can control the temp to your liking. The towels provided are thick and fluffy and they provide Fiji water which is a nice touch. I’ve been using red light and IR light to help with circulation and allow my body to heal nerve damage as part of my medical journey. I appreciate having a comfortable space to visit that is clean and private.

She gets to my muscle areas of concern and is also a really outstanding Reiki Practitioner that helps me relax. I love topping off my visits with time in the infrared sauna taking advantage of all the many benefits. The sauna is a fantastic 4 person size with double doors. We need and deserve more self care, I’m so grateful to have discovered Jenaca at Subliminal Massage & Energy Therapy!
