This is my favorite spot to decompress, relieve pain, and relax. The therapists are knowledgeable of the body and take your concerns seriously. I typically go for relaxation and lymphatic drainage. I highly recommend it. If you have questions, please ask!

My appointment was awesome! Lysa made me feel so welcome. Lysa is very knowledgeable and she provided me good information regarding my health. Lysa has a wealth of knowledge and truly cares for her patients. She spends quality time educating you on your condition, what she is doing to help you and ways to help yourself. She is honest and kind. I needed lymphatic drainage and had a lot of fluid that needed to be addressed, she came up with a plan and I felt relieved to have found her help. After just one session I had a noticeable difference in the stiffness and shear weight of the fluid. I look forward to the improvement of my system as she continues to work on me.

Lysa is so amazing there are no real words to describe her skills. She is truly a professional and is knowledgeable on her craft. In addition I love Sugarstone Spa and the services provided. Today was my first post-op appointment with Lysa and it was amazing! I am a little over a year post-op from my bilateral total hip replacements and didn't realize I had so much fluid in my body. She took time to get to know me, what I have going on, previous and current health history and so on. While she was working on me, she explained what she was doing, what was going on and what my happen. I'm looking forward to continuing my sessions with her!

I’ve been going to Lysa since December 2021 for post-op lymphatic massages. I could go on and on about how great the experience has been. She’s extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and her skills have done wonders for me in my recovery. She even flew out to my wedding to provide massages for me and my bridal party, in which everyone was raving about her abilities!
