You don’t realize how tense you are until you come see Amy! Amy was very knowledgeable and skilled. I don’t remember the last time my body felt so at ease. You can tell she is passionate about what she does. It was my first time getting a massage, so I really appreciated that she took the time to explain everything she would be doing and addressing all my questions. She also made sure I was feeling comfortable at every point of the visit. She creates a safe space for her clients. Will definitely book again thank you Amy!

The best massage ever..I have a lot of lower back pain due to a herniated disk..well let me tell you I have been pain free since July. Will be booking another appointment soon.

Amy is my healer. She has improved my overall health without a doubt. She has such a calming and positive way about her and her massage is by far the best! I love how many different techniques she uses and she never hurts me. The atmosphere is always quiet and calming. I feel right at home.

The new location is amazing there is so much care and detail applied to each of the spaces from the spacious lobby with great sound to each room dedicated to its own practice of table massage or Thai massage. A must try experience for those with aches from the daily wear and tear (Which honestly its all of us.)Amy is beyond attentive when it comes to making sure I am feeling comfortable during the session with clear and concise directions. The session starts with me choosing an oil of my liking to smell the scent and letting my body drift off while my muscles aches and worries are massaged away. if you are in the area or visiting must recommend if your joints have been weary!
