Sunny Massage

Don't speak English tried to explain that I was looking for a male masseuse and the female at the other end of the call kept repeating to me if I want yo make appointment, that was the only words she new in English not Good business especially if you answer the phone. She said something in another language and hangs up.

Wow, sunny massage, I found out that they have new owners new staff they repainted and cleaned up the whole store. I was impressed. It’s been a while since I’ve been there. I have two very nice young looking ladies, who are very friendly and excited to see Me. I chose a one hour massage with hot stones with two girls. It was amazing. I had a wonderful time. We left joked got a great massage.. It was reasonable and I got great service. Thank you to the new owners who cleaned up the place. I made it look really nice. You did a great job with your new staff. Very much appreciate it. I’ll be back. Thanks again.

I paid for a 1 hour massage before being led to a room. Before I paid I asked if they could get deep in the tissue. With good English she stated it would be no problem. The massage was horrible. If no stars were an option that's what they would get. I went in due to the positive reviews. Any positive review is false or created by the staff. This is a very unprofessional establishment. When I was told time is up, I stated that I paid for an hour and we weren't half way through that. I was told "I'm tired & come back tomorrow". I said I paid for a service today and didn't get it. How about refund my money all of a sudden "I don't understand English". This is Theft by Deception. Note I paid with a $100. Bill. No change was made. A half hour massage is $40 and an hour is $60. I would highly recommend all to stay clear of this business.

Lady was extremely rude, flat out saying NO to every service I asked about. Lol. It was very confusing as no one was there but her. It's understandable I went in late, after work around 8pm. It was just so bizarre and the rudest experience. If they don't care or value their customers, then it's best I didn't pay for horrible service... As these reviews serve as proof that I dodged a bad experience altogether. I hope this helps anyone else ! Take your hard earned money elsewhere.

Looks wise this seems like a great place. However communication is not that great. I was simply pointed to a room and left alone once I paid. While the deal seems good I paid for an hour and only received maybe 40 mins of massage. The worker didn’t seem to enjoy the process either. Music selection was strange and not quite the aesthetic for a massage parlor. (think loud and pop). It was okay but I will not be going back nor do I recommend this place.

I love this massage place! The staff are very friendly and always go out of their way to greet you as soon as you walk in the door. The room is clean and pretty good size For me personally, this place is one of the nicest and best massage place in the Las Cruces area. It is always clean and maintained! Not too many staff walk around so the place is very quiet and relax. Recommended? A+++

The lady did not speak any English she said, but knew how to ask for the money upfront lol. Also did not receive the full massage probably 40 out of the 60 mins. She did not seem like she enjoyed it and played extremely loud weird music. Was unprepared as she left the room several times yet she still asked for a tip on my way out! Will not be back to say the least!

Worst massage I've ever received. My hour message I received was 30 minutes at best. Make you pay up front or I would have never paid for that. She continually left the room and was on her phone with it going off the entire time. I will be contacting the BBB. Absolutely ridiculous
