Sunny Massage

My wife and I just recently had a massage done and the bottom line up front, we will not be going back. I didn't get the sense that this place is professionally managed. The workers don't speak English very well wich in my opinion causes a language barrier, wich result in a break down of communication when trying to understand the diffrent types of services offered. This is my first visit to this establishment so I did not understand the protocol or procedures necessary to get my massage started. We were led into a room and told to wait. We waited there for about 5 minutes before someone came in to see us, at which time they expected us to be fully undressed and ready for massage however, this was not explained. Reading the other reviews I had some of the same experience. I was asked to pay before Services which I had no problem with my issue came when my service was completed and I was asked to tip. When I tiped I got the impression that they were not pleased with what I was tipping considering I just paid over $160 for the service. I didn't see the need really to tip at all, and if so it was My Prerogative on what I decided I would tip, again very unprofessional. Lastly I've noticed reading the reviews the owner responds to all positive reviews but never responds to any of the negative reviews again very unprofessional.

I called to made an appointment but was told that i could walk in. I walked in at 4pm and asked for a 90 min massage. The lady looked at me as if i asked for something that wasn’t on the service menu. She asked me why i didn’t want a 60 min. There was no reason why i did or didn’t want a 60…. I wanted a 90 min. We went back and forth for a while i then asked her why she couldn’t accommodate me on a service that was presented on their service menu and she told me that a 90 min was too long and her hands will start hurting …. None the less i settled on a 60…. She then put her hand out wanting payment. I told her i wasn’t going to pay prior to service ? She then told me “no pay no service”. Needless to say , i did not get service lol. Ending this review with a recommendation, literally 3 mins down the road from this horrid place is a massage place that i highly recommend. Save your time and money and go somewhere where you are appreciated it’s called Yu Tuina.

I got a one hour massage and she worked out tight in my back and shoulders and I was so relaxed I feel asleep and she massaged me lighter and gently woke up after an hour

First time was 7/31/24 .. Request tip towards end of massage.. very weird and unnecessary

I went in on a walk-in bases today to receive a massage. Upon requesting a 60min service the lady asked me "is 30min ok?" I answered "no, I would like a 60 min service please. If no one is available I would be more than willing to schedule for a future appointment." The lady said "I have an appointment coming in I'll get My Friend to do it." I asked if she was sure. She said yes. Afterward I was ushered into a dark room and asked for my credit card payment before services ever began. Weird I thought, but hey everyone runs their business differently. I handed my card to the young lady for payment, when she came back for me to sign the receipt everything about this transaction felt off! She was freaking out I was signing the receipt she asked me too. Saying she would be in trouble. (Very Broken English spoken) I then explained I don't think this place is for me and left out so quickly due to a gut feeling without service's received. I have no clue what they have going on inside this establishment and I don't want to find out. Girls wearing Mini skits, tissues by the beds. Not the relaxing selfcare experience I'm looking for. Got to my car Googled the establishment hoping to find owners information, all without any luck. Called the business asked for a manager. Was told the owners where out of town "flew to China" Contacted my bank to dispute charge with the intentions of never returning. Do better E-Town all this right infront of your faces.

Very respectful masseuse and she hit every spot on my back that's been killing me. Definitely going back

Was there last week and let them know about my problems iny leg muscle due to a stroke.I think her name was Fiona and she did a great job concentrating on my problem areas.Will definitely go back and hopefully I can get the same treatment.

STAY AWAY! I normally read reviews before going into a business but sometimes you just try to find service and give new places a chance. I should have left when they asked for my payment upfront(I said no), saw the girls dressed in mini shirts and when she told me instead of 90 mins they could do 60. 1- there were tons of interruptions during my massage (this is not normal for a relaxing massage. 2-she could not finish the massage and the other girl had to come in to complete the last 15 mins. . I did mention this but looks like she didn’t understand. I am a certified massage therapist and something is not right about this place, the dress code and techniques are not normal. Will never come here again and I certainly hope this place is investigated.
