I highly recommend Dawn massage therapist at Sunrise Day Spa. I’m a IFBB professional bodybuilder and over the course of my career I’ve seen a few massage therapist, but none like Dawn! She’s a master of her craft, since seeing her I’ve noticed a huge change in how not only my physique feels but also how it looks and is continuing to develop. I’ve had some serious issues that she has managed to help fix and keep me feeling better. If your looking for someone who’s a professional at what they do then Dawn is the person to see.

This is a great place for a thorough, rejuvenating massage. Dawn is caring and friendly. She is professional and knows what to do to help soften stuck muscles. When I left, I felt like I had had a 'really good therapeutic massage' and more flexible/comfortable than I have been in months.

Dawn is a great massage therapist. Not only does she get my body moving and functioning again, but I much appreciate that she takes the time to tell me about the muscles she’s working on and why she’s using certain techniques or tools. Would 100% recommend. Very calm and peaceful setting as well.

I went and saw Dawn at Sunrise Day Spa, the massage therapist, a couple months after a car accident. And OMG it was an experience! Her goal was to fix me. She used cupping, hot stones, and fascia tools to unknot the muscles which were stuck on "bracing for the impact" (from the accident). My mobility has significantly increased! This is what has been missing along with my Chiropractor sessions which work but just wouldn't hold for long. Thank you for your professionalism, hardwork, expertise, passion, and healing hands, Dawn. I am now hopeful I can recover and heal.

My back was really out wack! Being in the military and working out starts to do that. I didn't know how much my back needed some work! Dawn recommend that I come see her. And I did just that, she spent an hour working on my shoulders and my goodness I could fell the difference right away! During the session she played some music and taught me a little about my body! Lol She was very nice, gentle, and takes her craft seriously. I would highly recommend. I will be visiting reguarly!

I have been using Ms Warren services since she opened her doors to the public. I have suffered from water on both knees, legs and feet discomfort. I also experience from time to time back pain as well as excruciating migrane headaches. With the help of Sunrise Day Spa, i am able to maintain and enjoy the things that I love to do on a consistent basis. Thank you Ms Dawn Warren, you have amazing hands as well as a knack for finding the pain and tightness in my body. I am counting down the days for our next session.

She did an amazing job. Was very professional and asked how was the pressure throughout the massage. I would definitely recommend booking the sauna and massage with her.
