There is no way this place is licensed or their “professionals” are trained. This operation is illegal and should be turned in and shut down. Save yourself the discomfort and waste of money and go to a real massage therapist. I was very uncomfortable with the experience on every level.

I have been getting so tired recently so I booked an appointment with Cindy's Massage Studio today. Within just one hour, Cindy works her magic to release the built-up tension in my shoulders and neck, relieving any soreness and stiffness. Next time, I will find time to come again and enjoy this value-for-money service.

Money grab. No effort no technique just take your money stall you out with a boring massage till your time is up. Don’t even bother leaving a tip it still doesn’t motivate them to give a HALF decent massage

Worst experience ever at a massage place. I received a gift certificate for my birthday. The lady did not speak English. We had to keep translating through her phone. She spit in the trash in front of me when I walked in the place. She told me my gift certificate was over. I had to explain it's a gift certificate it doesn't have an expiration date on it. She kept having to leave during my massage. During the massage she kept saying stuff I did not understand, to her self. I told her the massage was to hard and she continued and sucked her teeth. When I first got there she told me I could park anywhere in the parking lot and my car was fine where it was but 15 mins through the massage someone came and told her, I had to move my car. So I had to get redressed and go and move it. After the 2nd time of being interrupted, I asked for a refund. She started yelling and translating through her phone at me. I explained I'm not yelling at you matter fact call your boss please. She sucked her teeth and kept saying stuff I did not understand. Over all the lady massagers person was very very rude and very unprofessional. The manager said my gift certificate was valid and granted some of my refund. But I could never go back to this place ever again.

I have been to this spa many times. It is very clean.friendly atmosphere. Great location. Great massage always. Can not ask for anything more. Cindy is fantastic the best ever.
