Supreme Being Bodywork - Damien Gardner LMT

The Supreme Being Bodywork experience was a breath of fresh air Supreme Being is located right on charming Main Street! Upon entering Supreme Being you are greeted by a warm & relaxing environment as well as professional and positive staff! My massage was absolutely wonderful! Damien the owner will always make sure to cater to any specific needs or problem areas that may need more attention that others. He has always went above and beyond to make sure that I have been comfortable and relaxed. Post massage I feel like a brand new person!!! I had a lot of tension and knots forming in my upper back and shoulders and with extra attention Damien seemed to relieve all the pain I had been experiencing!! I am grateful for taking a leap and trying Supreme Being Bodyworks! I will be returning soon

Highly recommend. Damien is great. I’ve had other massages but it seems like Damien understands muscle placement which helps him to really work the kinks out. I’ve been to three sessions so far and have felt a noticeable difference in my back each time. He is personable and makes sure I feel comfortable. His space is clean and relaxing without any overpowering scents. Location is convenient and plenty of parking.

Update a year later: The best thing I've done for myself this year is a monthly massage with Damien! I was dealing with a stiff shoulder, and now plantar fasciitis. A regular massage really helps reset where I've overcompensated for the injuries. Damien finds the issues I didn't even notice until after I walk away taller and more limber. 11/2023 Damien was friendly and welcoming, and did a great job. I hurt my shoulder a few months ago, gradually regaining range of motion, but it's much more mobile and less painful today.

I went to Supreme Being Bodywork for pain in my shoulders (due to frozen shoulder reoccurrence), neck, and back, and this was the most effective massages I've ever experienced. Damien was excellent. He was personable, knowledgeable, attentive, and a good listener. In addition to working on my sore spots, he identified pain points that I didn't know were there. He also gave me advise of what to work on between sessions. I highly recommend him.

I would highly recommend Damien's sports massage. He helped work out issues in my problem areas and I could literally feel the muscles releasing as he worked on them. He is professional and skilled and I will be going back!

My experience at Supreme Being Bodywork was perfection. It exceeded all expectations. The space is calm, relaxing, comfortable, VERY CLEAN, and welcoming. Damien's professionalism and knowledge/holistic understanding of the human body and its muscle groups were tantamount to that of an expert. He was able to pin-point all of my trouble areas and carefully took his time to work out all of the tension and knots within the allotted time. Damien's passion for what he does was evidenced by his attention to detail and the effort he put into tailoring my massage to the needs of my body. I left feeling as though I had gotten exponentially more than I had bargained for and all of the aches and pains in my back and shoulders were relieved. In addition, he stayed open late to accommodate my appointment and provided me with a detailed analysis of my problem areas and was knowledgeable enough to provide me with an adequate response to all of my questions and concerns. I would DEFINITELY recommend Damien to anyone who is looking for a masseuse to call his/her own and is seeking quality service. I will never go to another masseuse as long as he is in business!
