Just finished my appointment with Shanna. I had a 60 minute session that was very relaxing and therapeutic. Best massage I've ever had, hands down! Rather than spending 20 minutes questioning me to tell her what my body needed, she simply asked what I was experiencing physically and emotionally. She took that information and used her skill to feel and assess what my body was asking for vs. asking me to tell her what I wanted her to do, as is often the case with other therapists. I also LOVED that she used multiple modalities (e.g., hot stone, cranio-sacral, lymphatic drainage, cupping) without requiring me to purchase "add-on" services. It was all just a part of the holistic treatment and I am a client for life now. Can't recommend her enough.
