I haven’t been here in a long time but the vibes are the same as I remembered. Sway and his staff were awesome in helping with my Harry Potter bday theme. The bartenders dressed up, floating candles on the ceiling, and HP playing on the TV. It was all my friends that came first time there and they said they enjoyed it too.

First time there last night with my Brother, & really the hospitality was great! Joe has the perfect attitude & respect that every Security guy should. Bartender was just great in every way, good Sound system, fun & welcoming crowd. Games available. This place is getting starred on my maps & am definitely returning! Kudos to everyone here. We had a great time!

Excellent people, DJ, and pool table. The owners were in and they were just as charming and inviting as their patrons. Everyone was immediately friendly. Can't wait to visit again.

One of my fave places in the area. I remember my first time here; it was shortly after they started up. Me and my friends came to play pool. The owner was there, introduced himself, and welcomed us. Even to this day he takes an active role in fostering a great vibe. It's reflective not only in his staff, but also in the bars patronage.

Thursday after work, a group of us searched this bar on Google and we decided to check it out due to the reviews. We were excited to support and Small Business. As soon as we came in we immediately started drinking with an open tab. Once we got our drinks we played a round of Air Hockey. Afterwards we moved on to Mortal Kombat which was pretty awesome because it was an old school set. Next we decided to go spend more money and select a few songs to play. Everything was going smoove until it wasn’t. When we selected the songs it showed there was 3 songs ahead of ours in the queued. Once the 3 songs played there ended up being 4 additional songs add before ours. I went to look at the box and it showed it was songs added by the system operator or something (whatever that means). When it was time for our songs to be played the music we lowered. When I approached by the owner I simply told him we purchased songs and wanted to know why they were being played on a low volume. Without any issue, he eagerly went over to turn the volume up which was great and I appreciated it. So next thing you know the bar calls for everyone to grab a last drink and close their tabs. My friends and I approached the bar and one of the bartenders serviced only one of us. When she came back she just left the beer and brought the tab ignoring my request for additional drinks. We stood there for 15 minutes before she returned. Upon her return she was with her manager and I began to talk to the manager expressing that the bartender could’ve been more attentive. She came over and only took one of our last drink orders without even asking if anyone of us wanted another drink. The entire time I’m expressing my concerns the manager is tapping the bartender tell her it’s okay and calm down. The bartender was not even on edge. She was listening and had an understanding attitude. After speaking to the manager and watching her behavior and listening to her words the owner Sway came over. He respectfully asked who did not receive their last drink and politely offered a free shot. I respectfully declined and proceeded to express to him that his bartenders should not be drunk. This is a professional place and drinking on the job is irresponsible. She should be in a more chipper mood rather than a drunk mood because as a woman she was giving majority of her attention to the men as if women do not tip or our tips are not worth providing good customer service. While speaking to the owner, the manager disrespectfully says “You didn’t even tip.” This struck a cord for my group because I originally wrote a tip on there, but then I decided to scratch it off because the customer service was just subpar. The bartender did not deserve my money and the manager acted as if she was entitled to it. That’s not how the service industry goes. When the manager said those words my friend instantly read her her rights for being rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and prejudice. Overall the experience could have been better if everyone who worked there was not drinking and focusing on themselves having fun and paid attention to creating a customer service experience. We worked nearby this place and could’ve became regulars, but the unprofessionalism ruined that.

A Gem of a Sports Bar: Where Bartenders and Owners Shine As a seasoned sports bar enthusiast, I have visited my fair share of establishments, but none have left quite the impression as Sway's .From the moment I walked in, I could sense a different vibe—a welcoming atmosphere that was a perfect blend of camaraderie and passion for all things sports. What truly sets Sway's apart, however, is the exceptional team behind the bar. The bartenders here are not just mixologists, they are entertainers, storytellers, and friends all rolled into one. Each drink is crafted with precision, each conversation genuine and engaging. It's evident that the bartenders here truly love what they do, and their enthusiasm is infectious. But the magic doesn't stop there. The owner of Sway, although not a great pool player, is a shining example of what sets a great establishment apart from the rest. Always present, always attentive, the owner goes above and beyond to ensure that every patron feels like a valued guest. Their passion for creating a top-notch sports bar experience is palpable, and it reflects in every aspect of the bar. Whether you're a die-hard sports fan or just looking for a great place to unwind, Sway's is a must-visit. With fantastic bartenders who double as entertainers and an owner who truly cares about their patrons, this sports bar is a gem that shines brightly in the crowded landscape of sports bars. I can't recommend it highly enough!

It is the kind of place where you can enjoy a carefully crafted cocktail or a classic beer while engaging in lively conversations with friends or fellow patrons. Overall, it’s a gem of a neighborhood bar for those looking for a cozy and welcoming hangout spot!
