SWEAT-Little Rock Sauna Studio

This place is amazing! Very clean and modern facility. When you walk in you are greeted by friendly staff who check you in. Walk ins welcome! They now offer a cream that can be applied to trouble spots you want to reduce. ( It works!!!! ) A cold herbal soaked cloth is offered and then you are brought to your sauna room. They are very cozy, with dimmable lighting and relaxation music playing. The infrared heat pod is already warm and you slide in and just relax for 30 minutes. I have found that my cellulite has diminished and my skin looks so much better. The detox that is taking place with the infrared heat really makes a difference! The level of cleanliness is impeccable. Everything is wiped down and disinfected between uses. I've enjoyed this facility so much that I find myself making time to go on a daily basis. I just feel great!!!

Loved my experience here on my first visit and was really looking forward to coming back on a regular basis. Unfortunately, my next appointments were canceled due to remodeling and now I have been told that only members can use the Sauna Pods.That is really frustrating because I was looking forward to using this place to help with my Psoriasis. I guess this is not a good match for me.

I do not recommend this business. Lacks professionalism. Cancels last minute on same day they post a special for the entire day. Lack of cleanliness overall. Management extremely difficult to deal with and believes they have the right to text you when I don’t ever recall giving permission to text me about appointments. I’ve asked to be refunded because there’s no way I’ll finish the sessions, I don’t think the professionalism aligns with a business that needs to be operating.

I absolutely love visiting SWEAT! I have asthma so sitting in a sauna room has never been enjoyable for me. Once I found sweat- GAME CHANGER. The infrared sauna pods are so relaxing and I feel completely detoxed when I get out! I can always tell a difference in when I have been or not. I look forward to these sessions every week!

Very nice place, great location. Was going in for a detox/cleanse. It's like a sauna, only better because you can breath!

I don't know about the science behind toxins and they basically repeat the same thing you read online with no actual answers given. however there sauna bed that they have is really nice I wish I could have one in my house I would go again if the ride wasn't 45 minutes away.
