Siara is a remarkable healer. I've been seeing her for over 6 years. The results from her bodywork are lasting. Not only is she the most experienced and intuitive massage therapist I've been to but she also approaches healing in a holistic and balanced way. There are things we address in treatments that I didn't realize were impacting how I was functioning. Siara is talented in her work and also an incredibly kind and thoughtful person. I would highly recommend!

Every bodywork session I have had has been phenomenal! Each time I go into Sweet Wellness and I can feel my body relaxing, my mind calming, and my spirit grounding. I have been going to Siara and several of her staff members for massages and body work since 2017. I was a massage thereapist for four years and I am very picky about who massages me. If you want an intuitive healer who will actually help you in your healing and self care journey, rather than just rub some lotion on your back, then look no further. I live in Denver and make the drive over, because the space and place is that special. Normally I get an hour or hour and a half deep tissue massage, but recently I got the Sweet Experience! The Sweet Experience was AWESOME!!! We moved through some energetic stretches and breathing activities first and then got into the massage and body work which was paired with hot stones, deep blue lotion, and gua sha stones. After the body work, Siara guided me downstairs to the foot bath, which was so gross and so awesome at the same time haha - some nasty gunk was coming out. People say those things don't work, but I felt even more relaxed afterwards and fresher than ever! This is a multi-hour long process that every single person in America should do to treat themselves. Everytime I come in for body work, I not only feel great and relaxed, but I feel spiritually better. Siara creates a wonderful space and I would pay her millions of dollars if I could, she's that good.

I have had several sessions with Siara. Each visit with her improves my overall wellness. Physically, spiritually and emotionally I am miles away from where I was before. I have noticed a significant improvement in my posture. Scar tissue at the back of my neck from a fender bender plus a minor ski injury as a kid is GONE! I am performing much better in my workouts, seeing fantastic results. Learning about my past lives and things I have been hanging onto that I had no idea about has allowed me to release so much and has made a huge difference in my overall health!
