Great, great spot. The staff here is the best, super professional, and you will always feel welcome! Bloomington is lucky to have this place! If you’re coming for the sauna, definitely start off with a 30 minute session. Those extra 15 minutes make a big difference!

I have been going to Terra Sana for several years now, and I've had the pleasure of watching Ryane grow her business. Regardless of which massage therapist I go to, I always get a high-quality massage. The friendliness of the staff, the relaxing atmosphere, and the quality experiences-not to mention all the different offerings-keep me coming back!

The very definition of Wellness. I just got a massage here by Amy and am still not over the feeling of floating among the clouds. Amy never wasted a single touch and made sure I felt comfortable and cared for. Just great vibes all over the place as well. The moment you enter, you already feel so much better. All the staff members greeting you with smile and care, too. What can you expect more?

I couldn’t possibly say enough good things about Ryane. I lived in pain for 4 years after injuring myself at a terrible chain gym class. I’d seen doctors, a physical therapist, did dry needling, and saw another massage therapist for a year. Nothing helped more than temporarily and I was starting to think I would be in pain with limited mobility for the rest of my life. My old massage therapist moved so I took a chance on Terra Sana after reading the reviews. After 3 appointments with Ryane I was mostly pain free for the next month, and after the 4th I feel even better. “Life changing” sounds dramatic but in this case it’s warranted. The facility is also very nice with plenty of nearby parking.

I’ve been going to Terra Sana for over 5 years and, through moves and expansions, the services continue to impress; without fail I always leave feeling better than I walked in. And, though my usual masseuse is Ryane, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting several members of the team. You can’t go wrong with anyone, considering how attuned they are to their clients’ comfort and overall wellness.

As an aficionado and full time advocate of the spectrum of health and wellness practices, I have become quite interested in the far-reaching benefits of light therapy and infrared sauna treatment. Elated to find that Terra Sana offered sauna services! Reasonably priced, too. The premises are well kept, customer service is friendly and efficient, and the hours of operation are above par! Their site is user friendly and booking is super easy. You can even call and an actual human will answer! I highly recommend Terra Sana Wellness. Trust me, they will not disappoint. Your body and mind will thank-you, and you can thank-me, later 😉

An absolute gem! Gorgeous spa environment with thoughtful amenities. I primarily use their infrared sauna and it is a wonderful experience—a large private room with lovely ambiance, post-sauna cool-down offerings, and everything you need to change and be comfortable with a restroom just across from the door. It’s a little bite of luxury every time for an affordable price and solo quiet time with excellent benefits for my nervous system and overall wellness. Ryane is masterful at the massage modalities she offers and is a sensitive and caring practitioner. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my prenatal, postnatal, and cranial massages with Ryane—book ahead and look forward to something special. I’ll be coming back for a good long while.

I learned about Terra Sana Wellness through another massage therapist because I was looking for something more. I found it! With some lasting problems from a car accident many years ago, I have had both therapeutic and maintenance massages, and can't say enough good things about Ryane and Amy. They're both wonderful massage therapists and wonderful people. I'm excited for their expansion knowing the kind of relief they can bring to those of us who need it.
