This is my 5th time at this place. The massages are good, but be ready to be taken advantage of. When I came in I asked for a "deep tissue with some more relaxing parts for some of the time". A deep tissue massage for 1 hour is $70. That did not happen. My wife booked this massage for fathers' day. and during it I was told that my wife asked for lomi lomi (not true), and that i needed it. From the past I knew that lomi lomi was $110, and though that wasn't really what I asked for , I thought it might be worth it because I'm going on vacation and I could use it so I didn't say anything. There was at least one situation where the pressure was too strong and I tapped her hand repeatedly asking her to stop and she didn't. That is absolutely unacceptable. At the very end, a backwards stretch was too aggressive and it tweaked my back muscle. She did add some cups in an attempt to release it, but a day later my back still hurts, I am worse than when I came in as I get a sharp pain during certain movements. On top of all of that, I was charged $160 and I don't know why. She claimed it was a "combination" and that was the cost, and I don't know if it's illegal or just extremely bad taste to decide on a different massage in the middle that costs $50 more without telling the client. She then claimed that lomi lomi was also $160. I didn't feel like arguing and I hadn't verified the price before so I was disappointed but still paid. In the car I looked up the prices on the website and it said that $160 was for 90 minutes even though my massage was 60 minutes. I then asked her about that and she said that that 90 minutes was for fat people. I am pretty sure you can't charge $160 for 90 minutes and give me 60 minutes and say it's more expensive because I'm not fat. EDIT ------- I called and spoke to the manager. She was very nice and agreed with what I was saying, and refunded me the full amount. I hope they stop hiding extra charges because otherwise this place is nice. If you go - verify your cost BEFORE you start, and for any other suggestion made.

What a magical experience! Kalisa truly put her all into making sure she untangled every single one of my knots 100%! It seriously felt amazing and she has so much knowledge of the art of massage. I have had dozens if not hundreds of massages and I can honestly say that this is one of the best massages I have ever had in my life. I did the 90 minute combination, which ended up being a mix of deep tissue, Thai and lomi lomi. I also did cupping for my first time during the session, which was a very satisfying experience. In addition, the place was modern, clean, and all around pleasant. I will definitely be going back soon!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I also wish I would have found this place sooner than today. I would have gotten another massage and spent less on souvenirs. First of all, Talisa, AMAZING!!! my entire experience was amazing. She worked on places I didn’t even know we needed to be worked on. I walked out of there, standing up straight and walking faster. Secondly, the place, absolutely beautiful. So relaxing and perfect. Very professional and stunning. I highly recommend to any locals and definitely any buddy visiting.

Everything was great, the room temperature was warm and the heating massage table is also feels so comfy. Atmosphere was very quiet and relaxing, sheets are sparkling clean. Kalisa is very professional and can feel every mussel of the body. Highly recommend this place!

I don’t know how this place could potentially have 4.7 out of 5 starts! I came today for 60 min massage with the aromatherapy as add on. I noticed that all the rooms were empty… no clients at all. The spa itself is nice but the masseuse was terrible. She started massage in a very awkward manner. I asked her to give me to smell the lavender oil because she didn’t do it at the beginning. She just cut off my request saying “Let someone else do it for you then” and she just left the room! I was beyond pissed! No wonder they don’t have clients! Update from 10/29/23 (my response to yours ) PS. Do you really think that the problem was in lavender??!! The problem was in your customer service!! Very rude! That’s it!

Got my first massage here and it was excellent! Very in depth and loosening, targeting knots I've had for awhile now. I was also stretched really well - Thank you to Kate for helping de-stress my muscles✨ I also really enjoyed the hot stones, really soothing experience with a welcoming environment to match
