I had a wonderful massage by Catie yesterday. She listened to my bodywork needs and tailored the session specifically for my body which left me feeling incredible. She is incredibly talented and professional and I will definitely be back. Highly recommended:)

She is incredibly intuitive and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment from start to finish. Her techniques and incorporation of warm stones and heat were exactly what my body needed. Having a massage from Catie was such a wonderful experience. She has a calming and relatable personality with a very soothing massage room. While getting a massage from her, I felt very comfortable with her and she was excellent about making sure her techniques were right for me. I walked away feeling soooo good (better than I thought I would) and was able to go about my day feeling so much more relaxed.

I train wild horses, so I put all kinds of strain on my body. I was fighting off nerve pain from a shoulder injury for weeks before finding Catie. Five days after my first massage, not only are my arm and shoulder much closer to full strength, but a deep ear/jaw problem I thought was totally unrelated has also gotten noticeably better. Given how many doctors told me there was nothing for it but a brace and some ibuprofen, I'm pretty sure Catie is magic. I'll be back!!

Catie creates a beautiful environment where you can relax and escape from the busy outside world. Her massage, combined with lovely warm stones and cupping left me feeling limber and calm. She makes sure you get the level of pressure and technique your muscles need. I highly recommend her!

Found Mudita while staying in Vergennes for a week of vacation in June 2021. Booked a two hour appointment with Catie and it was luxurious - just what I needed - she’s an excellent massage therapist. Was very attentive to the trouble spots from a year of working from home. Clean, pretty space with easy parking. Great communication before, during, and after. Highly recommend! Felt very safe as Covid restrictions start to lift.
