This was one of the best massages I’ve had, my calves had been cramping for months I just wrote it off to age,didn’t know I had knots in the muscles but when she got done I felt like a new person, afterwards while hiking the to tower trail I actually jogged up the stairs. She was completely professional and was great, I will definitely stop in whenever I’m in the area.

We chose the couples massage and mineral spa/bath and it was wonderful! The atmosphere was calming with a cozy room and soothing music. We each had our own massage therapist and they listened to our preferences and provided just what we asked for. In addition to their magic hands, they used essential oils, warm towels, and (if I'm not mistaken) hot stones. We followed that up with a private bath in a tub big enough for two. It was so relaxing. Best massage I've had in years!! Ask for massage therapists Bob & Lisa.

I scheduled an appointment for an “Incredible Massage” package. I would not advise this is you’re expecting a true facial and foot detox along with the massage. I could do the same thing with a tub of Tree Hut Sugar Scrub at home. I’d recommend booking a session which features massage only as the service. I was assigned one of the male therapists who was not stellar, but adequate. I was fortunate in having read prior reviews and noted that they will automatically add 20% gratuity, without prior consent, to your total. You will not see this unless you tell them you want a receipt. Keep this in mind..and of course if you feel your therapist earned more than 20%, then leave extra! Really sort of a big “let down” considering that it’s promoted as a spa experience in Hot Springs. It’ll be a hard pass for me next time I’m in town.

Great location not far from the Arlington Hotel. Service was excellent and informative and for the adventurous types they even have a 39 degree cold plunge.

My wife and I got our first professional massage here. We did the "Incredible" package, which included a 50 minute massage, facial, and foot scrub. We both thoroughly enjoyed it! One warning, though, do not do this in the morning, because we were so relaxed after, that we had a hard time getting motivated to finish our vacation!

Can’t really say how the massages are. Me and the wife had booked a couples incredible massage about 2 weeks in advance for 9am and come the day of as we were waiting in the lobby filling out paperwork, we were approached by the manager 10-15 minutes after our scheduled time that our therapist is going to be late. Said she was stuck in traffic in NLR/LR area, mind you we drove from the same area just a little further and we made it on time. They were “kind” enough to try and reschedule for a much later time in the day with a measly 15% off. But are whole day was already planned around this massage being the very first thing. We won’t be bringing our business back here or recommending anyone else to spend the $400 just for them to waste your time, especially if the employed people don’t care to plan ahead for their appointments.

Front desk staff was very friendly & helpful. Relaxing environment. Kaleb was an excellent therapist. Truly gifted at massage therapy. One of the absolute best massage experiences ever. I've already recommended Thai Me Spa to several friends. I can't wait to visit again!

My husband and I went in for a couples deep tissue massage with add-ons of hot stones and towels. My husband‘s massage was relaxing however it was not deep tissue and he said it was more hot stone than anything. My massage was have to be hands-down the worst massage I’ve ever received. I get massages every two weeks and I am a licensed massage therapist myself. The therapist that worked on me had horrible draping skills and kept fumbling with the sheet causing him to miss big portions of my legs, glutes and low back. His transition from movement to movement was choppy and not relaxing, and definitely not deep tissue. The individual moved around the table on a chair, which was very loud And he kept removing his hands from me to get stuff out of a heater. I felt like he spent more time fiddling with things in the room than he did actually working on me, even at one point, his phone was ringing. Another complaint was the individuals sweat. I am aware that you can’t help that you’re sweating however it was very uncomfortable feeling his clammy, sweaty arms on my legs and back. My husband and I have come to this location few times and always had great service, however, this last experience was not a good one and will cause us to look at other options the next time we have a weekend getaway.
