I recently had a sports massage session with Terrance and it was an incredible experience. The deep tissue techniques effectively released tension and improved my flexibility, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and ready for my next workout. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of targeted muscle relief. I may not have the most athletic body but trust me what he did made me feel really good Thanks again! Cheers

The massage was just what I needed, a sports massage. I required a deep tissue massage to alleviate my pain, so I needed someone strong who could really get into my muscles. Everywhere else, their deep tissue massages felt too gentle and didn't help with my back pain. Terrence was professional and knew exactly what he was doing. The massage was painful, but in a good way. I really needed that deep tissue work.

I took my 16 year old daughter to see T.James she has had a number of hamstring issues he was able to release a lot of tightness in the hamstring and remove the some scar tissue. he is very knowledgeable and forthcoming with information. I highly recommend him for your athletic maintenance and recovery needs. This isn’t a cute massage he is digging into the muscles to release tension and health the body !! 20 stars

UNBELIEVABLE! This was my first massage EVER and it WONT be my last! I LOVED IT. It felt like my body was transcending to another dimension and I left feeling as light as a feather. Will be booking again. Thank you for your amazing service.

The session was not comfortable at all and I loved it! My soul was hurting and I started sweating. Much needed and worth the price! I am definitely returning! 10 stars if possible.

Had a great experience with Terrence, who is very professional and very knowledgeable about giving sport massages. Waited a week before doing the review to make sure I understood how my body would respond. It has responded great with no pain, although it looks very red where he treated me. The massage started off with manual pressure to the upper back area locations where I have adhesion's, However, there was a limit to how much of that I could take. So he switched techniques to more of a cupping approach, which was less painful and I did not have to stop him. Later he was able to go back to manual and it was not so painful. It’s hard to tell the benefit after just one treatment. My upper back issues were limiting my chest workouts because the stress was being focused in the back. I think it’s a little better now, but would call it incremental. I’ve had many massage experiences, including other sport massages. Terrence at The Good Pain is 10 times better than any I have had before. Strongly recommend as long as you are going for good pain.

As a former athlete, I'm continuously plagued with knots, cramps, and Charlie horses in my feet, legs, and forearms. After reading the reviews, I made an appointment with Terrance on Saturday, and it was the best decision by far. I've been getting massages for a long time, but they could never work out the "knots" the way Terrance can. It was definitely "good pain." My only regret is making my appointment for 30 minutes instead of for an hour. Terrance hands are blessed, and I'm looking forward to my next appointment.

I can’t speak for anyone else! However, my body was extremely sore from working out with my trainer and he reached muscles that I didn’t know exist and I’m no longer sore anymore. I recommended a sports tissue massage for anyone which work out to come here. It’s worth it!
