I had a great experience catching a game. I was only going to sit for one drink but ended up having dinner and a few more drinks. The bartenders were friendly, security guards were super tall & the place was well managed. Ivy is my favorite! She’s such a great server. I want to be in her sections every time.

Super cool concept in town square with an awesome rooftop bar and eatery and cozy indoor spots to cozy up for food and drinks. The specials they have with drinks and appetizers is a great deal and the atmosphere rocks. Service is a bit hit or miss, as 9 had to hunt somewhere down anytime service was needed but overall a good time!

This place is amazing! The food the drinks the ambiance the service the diversity the DJ…I loved everything about The Ashford…I didn’t get the chance to go on the rooftop because I got there too late but I’ll definitely be back for the rooftop vibes.

Let me just say that the hostess is very sweet and made us feel at home!! She the tallest lady there i can’t say her name. She is amazing 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Let’s start with the bar!!! Bar - Clean and tons of space to sit. Sat in multiple spots and I’m comfortable either which way.. 10/10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bartenders - I have dealt with about 3 of them and they are just great!!! 9/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ House Margarita 8/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ was pretty good.. I usually do not like House Margaritas this was pretty good!! Bellini - Delicious, they change it up with the flavors so it’s yummy 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Firecracker Shrimp - these would have been a lot better if the shrimps were smaller in size rather then jumbo shrimps. Flavor and crispiness was good.. 7/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Garlic Parmesan Wings - were moist and on point! These are for sure 9/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mango Habanero Wings - moist as well was a bit more sweet than what expected but was ok. 7/10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Chicken Tenders w/ Fries - Out of this worldddddd Crispy texture chicken but super juicy in the middle.. Fries were crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy in the middle so worth ordering with some honey mustard. 15/10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Taco Tuesdays - These are fire!!!! Chicken & Steak is my favorite. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ In my option the braised short rib was disappointing no flavor to them and just chewy. 3/10 ⭐️⭐️ But the rest of the food is spot on!! The ambiance was chill, music is nice especially when it’s raised for later hours.. Overall will come back again for sure! Well worth it!

Delicious and well priced food as well as good proportions. The Loaded Croque Madame was delicious with the addition of chicken breast. The chicken breast was fried to perfection and didn’t even feel heavy. I ordered the Smoked Salmon Benedict which was also yummy and well portioned. You obviously can’t beat the Home of the $3 mimosas on a Sunday at peak brunch time. The waitress was friendly and attentive and we were glad that everything was seamless from the sit down to the check out. Would absolutely come back for more!!

I gave this place a second chance and I am so disappointed. Actually, i didn’t expect to much. We ordered the hangover burger, which was but into liters of oil, the “bacon” wasn’t bacon at all, tater toes into the burger and not flavor, it had no seasoning. If we talk about the services, was terrible! I understand that they are busy, but how you forgot the napkins, forks for more than 30min while we were waiting? I also ordered light ice coke and was more ice than coke ‍♀️ I promise my bf to come back twice but I’m not sure if can do it again

I’ve been here a few times, but this time was absolutely terrible. Came here for a Saturday brunch. Music and vibe was good, service and food were AWFUL! To start, my Friend ordered a white sangria, she got red instead. Took about 15 mins to get the correct drink. I ordered the chicken and waffles. The chicken was disgusting! My friend got french toast with a side of eggs. Eggs were ice cold. The French toast was gooey and undercooked in the middle. We brought it to the waitress’ attention and asked if maybe it was stuffed French toast and that’s why it was gooey in the middle. She said maybe it’s bananas. We said “oh so they’re stuffed?!” Waitress: “no but maybe there’s bananas in the batter?!” to top it off, service was extremely slow and they weren’t even that crowded! I’m so disappointed with my experience here.

The Ashford is a fun bar that serves food and has a chill vibe. It’s in the heart of Jersey City. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonably priced they are. I loved the red sangria. Glasses are tiny and full of ice but tasty nonetheless. I did enjoy my shrimp tacos. The Dj they had played a great set, DJ Avera Had fun, would go back.
