After 1 treatment with Trish I've been able to sit and sleep without twisting all around seeking trigger point relief. I'm not 100% yet but we put a good plan of action together that I'm excited about!

I was in a car accident about 6 weeks ago and my Dr recommended cryotherapy. I called and spoke with Trish who recommended cryo at 3 minutes 3 times a week.I have since added infrared and ortho massage with Dawn into my care. The triple threat is awesome! I feel so much better and my Dr is really impressed with my recovery so far. Love everyone at the Athlete's Room!

I tried Cryotherapy for the first time too here at The Athletes Room, AWESOME!!!! This place has a great atmosphere and is totally worth the hour drive I make.

THE staff is super friendly and super skilled; they really have a Passion for what they do and it shows.
