What a delightful gem in the NOBO district! I booked a HydraFacial with Carrie, who is knowledgeable and very friendly. I had a lot of questions and I really appreciated that she took time to answer and share her knowledge. The experience was pure bliss—my skin feels plump, hydrated, and absolutely glowing! This med spa has such a cool and serene vibe; it's the perfect place to unwind and feel pampered while actually getting a skin treatment that makes a difference. I can’t wait to come back and explore the other treatments they offer. Book it for yourself, you won't be sorry.

Catherine is amazing with her acupuncture and energy work! Answers all questions as a new comer to Eastern style medicine. I used to mock it and now she gives a pleasant place for me to put my foot in my mouth lol. Fantastically warm, educational, very welcoming environment and very clean! 10/10 would recommend!

I hesitate leaving this review for Emilia because she is just so wonderful that I'd hate for her to get so busy that I can't book with her anymore... but her body work is truly something to write home (or google) about. Perfect blend of deep tissue, but also enjoyable. I always leave feeling relaxed but also like work was done, kinks were worked out etc. She gives an intuitive massage.

I’ve been seeing Catherine roughly 2 months now for weekly acupuncture. She is supremely attentive to anything that is brought up during a session, and she handles all exchanges with the upmost care and support. She is wonderful at mapping out a blueprint for true, long-lasting inner healing through her informative, compassionate nature. My results and transformation over the last few weeks are why I love having Catherine and The Body Bar as a pillar of support!

I enjoy how the Body Bar does business. Denise offers up a wonderful massage each time I go, which is often enough. She listens to where I have things to work on and my body always feels better.

Tim has great knowledge of massage and his technique was exactly what I needed for stress relief.

I have very nice treatments at both locations. They are well kept, located and relaxing/comfortable settings. I have back and shoulder problems, the treatments provide great relief. Considering the alternative is a medical chemical solution with short and long term critical health side effects. Great place!

The Body Bar is wonderful! Not only did Catherine provide exceptional treatment, she voluntarily came in on her day off to see a new patient who was experiencing complicated physical symptoms. Fantastic service, fantastic people! Highly recommend!
