The Body Mechanic

This was my 2nd professional massage ever. We discussed my problem areas and then Sam got to work. He listened to my body and gave it exactly what it needed. I had tension in places I didn’t even think about until he started working out the knots. Sam remained professional the entire time. We knew each other already and while he worked on me, we got caught up in each other’s lives, but he continued to check in with me every so often to see how I was feeling and how the treatment was working. His ambiance music was also a plus. He had some sort of jazzy blues easy listening type of music going, and it definitely helped me relax. I splurged on my self-care and booked a 2-hour massage, and I highly recommend that to anyone that can carve out that time. You definitely won’t regret it.

The Body Mechanic is a wonderful massage therapist. He takes his time, listens to your concerns/feedback, and is great at educating you while he works. His passion for his profession is evident because you can tell he wants you to feel better during the service. He is great for first timers and seasoned therapy goers because he has a variety of techniques to use. I cannot recommend him enough, please go see him and get an amazing massage!

Sam is so talented and I really enjoyed the session. My shoulder was feeling stuck and my range of motion is a lot better after seeing him. He's also a wonderful guy to chat with and his choice of music was superb.
