The Bully Gorilla Bar

Service is always outstanding. Mimi and John always take care of myself and friends even when they are extremely busy. I always appreciate the service. Food is really great and extremely affordable. If you are downtown, especially later in the evening when everything else is closed up, this is the place to go!

Great atmosphere, loved the low light, our service was great didn’t catch her name but she had a beautiful smile and we had great conversation! The food was greatly priced and was amazing. Will be back again to try the chili cheese dog. They were out of chili tonight.

LITERALLY my go to after bar, bar for food! The quality of the food and the hospitality of the staff, coupled with the bartending. Makes this the perfect night cap for your club hopping. Idk about you but I love a great burger after a few adult Bevs. They sell cool shirts too, check em out. THIS IS NOT A PAID PROMOTION, I just moved here and this is the only burger joint worth your money after 10pm IMO

The bully gorilla this is by far one of the best establishments I have gone to I am extremely proud to say people of different genders different race, different backgrounds come here and everybody got along smiled now being a bar you would think that there would be some type of altercation every time I have gone thereI leave out the front door the same way I came in in one piece . Shout out to the security team patience is all I have to say dealing with the individuals they have to deal with they carry themselves with professional mannerism and respect towards everybody it is very impressive and yes they have patience the way they carry themselves make you think twice about wanting to act a fool in there establishment. Then you will find out really quick their patience for your foolishness is out the door. Good job on hiring the individuals you have running that place for management two security great work.

The Bully is an incredible bar. The bartenders are amazingly attentive. We were visiting from out of state and Mimi went out of her way to make sure our drinks were full and our food was cooked to order. When Mimi found out my mother passed away she sat with me and cried with me. She is simply an incredible human. I will make a trip back to Paducah simply to see Mimi.

My girlfriend is from Paducah and moved up north so we occasionally come and visit her family. While we were here we decided to go out with her brother to this bar and the reviews seemed to bode well. While walking up to the bar and sitting down our bartender Mimi came up and looked at us and asked us what we wanted to drink (no menu, no "how are you all doing") I ordered a water to start while I was trying to think of what I wanted. She then went back to other patrons and was talking with them after a while of trying to decide what I wanted eventually I trying to flag her down which I know she saw because we locked eyes. She got close like she was going to listen to what I wanted to order and then immediately turned around and walked away when I started asking. Again going to other patrons chatting. When she finally did come over I ordered my food and a drink. Food was great no complaints there but our bartender's lack of service was notable which made all of use kind of feel unwanted. She spent most of her time texting and chatting with other people that were likely regulars without giving us service in a timely fashion. When last call was announced I could barely hear her saying,"last call" and without asking us if we'd like anything else she gave us our tab while the song "Its time to go" was playing. All in all it was an uncomfortable experience and it's a shame really because it looks like a great place to go to.

Great place for food & fun! The triple burner and loaded fries are the best. Service is usually good, just remember if it's crowded they are working as fast as they can.

Best burger in town. And the best bartender/ therapist around .always welcome at the bully bar.
