Vibe; cozy furnishings and trendy southwestern decor with outdoor fire pits to sit around. Live music outside, was a bit loud so sat indoors on their comfy couches. Enjoyed classic cocktails as was here for the bar experience.

This place to locals is legendary. People are like family and you can let your hair down enjoy a drink and listen to some great local cover bands, and dance.

Very average food. The only upside to this restaurant is the live music. The atmosphere is great. The waitress we had however was not good, she forgot about our requests multiple times. We had ordered the fajitas; there are 2 options on the menu, chicken for $19.99 and steak for $23.99. I asked her if I could do mixed (steak and chicken), she said yes. She charged us the higher steak price of $23.99 when they literally gave us 80% chicken and 20% steak on the dish. It should have been an average of the 2 prices at least ($22). When we asked about why we were charged for a full steak fajita, she said there’s nothing to do about it. She went and asked the kitchen and they said we have to be charged $24. It’s literally just $2, why not keep the customer happy and charge them $2 less. The waitress became dry and ignored us multiple times after this very minor altercation, very unprofessional. The margarita was also $12 and was tiny. Anyways, the food was not good. Once again, if you’re coming here, you’re coming for the live music. Don’t expect great food. Not coming back.

Nice design of the restaurant. Food comes in large portions and super fresh. The drinks are okey. Some of them are nicely presented but they are not strong. Desserts are large and very nice. I can really recommend the raspberry/chocolate cheese cake. Restaurant is very loud and busy. Great service and the food comes out fast.

Really fun place for live music. Great food & service. BUT Sometimes they short shot you on drinks & I had 2 tall margaritas & it cost me $29!!! Go across the street to the Boars Crossings you'll get two margaritas for 10 bucks

In the heart of downtown Carlsbad california. Carlsbad must be one of the best cities to live. Coyote Grill is a well-run establishment with indoor and outdoor seating a good food menu and great entertainment forget what night they do karaoke but they are good karaoke people go there too definitely everybody should check it out if they're in the area

AMAZING place in Carlsbad. Came here for the Karaoke night, which didn’t disappoint. They had bottomless chips and salsa for $2.99 and the salsa was so good we probably had 5 batches. Enjoyed the watermelon Margarita and the service was fantastic. We spent some time inside which had beautiful decor and a great vibe. Some TVs on for the sports fans but we had a little couch while we were having drinks. Had some chicken tacos as well which were excellent. Loved this place.

I would strongly recommend this place. Very nice and helpful staff, great quality food which tastes amazing plus awesome live music by the fire. Literally everything you need to enjoy all at once. RECOMMENDATION: 1. Smoked chicken and mozzarella club 2. Steak & blue salad This place tends to get super busy especially by the weekends so going there a bit earlier would be a great idea.
