THE CUT BAR & RESTAURANT

Service was wonderful food was ok I had the fish platter but the fish was very bland definitely needed the sauce to enjoy it. Music was great the over taxing was ridiculous I paid tax then food tax then liquor tax, I go out a lot in the DMV & never seen this neither did the person I was with.

This bar is a hidden gem, tucked away with great food, drinks, music, and a vibe where everyone seems to know each other. It really felt like a close-knit community as I enjoyed my drink and chatted with people I had just met. If you're looking for a laid-back spot to unwind, this is definitely the place to be.

One the best bar experiences I have had in a while. I’m new to the area and was looking for a place to go eat and I found this spot, I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience. The food was absolutely delicious, enough so that I ate here two days in a row! The drinks here were amazing too! Be sure to try the Strawberry Hennessy! On top of all that, the service was great as well. The owner even stopped by my table to see how my experience was going, and suggested sauces to try with my wings (and they were on point)! The atmosphere was very nice and laidback. Definitely check them out if you are in the area!

My first time going this bar. It’s tucked away and actually I wish I would have went sooner. The food was good. Some of the best chicken wings I’ve tastes for a bar or restaurant. And they were fried hard. I will try the Cut Burger the next time. It reminded me of the show Cheers . Everyone knew each other. It was a friendly environment. I went on Sunday to watch some football games.

As advertised, this place is solid. I only had the fried whiting fish “chunks” with house made remoulade sauce. Fish was done perfectly, still tender and juicy and the sauce was tasty with a little bit of heat. Simple, but excellent!

The CUT is a hidden Gem! From the food, atmosphere, and overall service I highly recommend! I came across this place as I was searching in the area for a chill place to go and enjoy myself, and I am so glad I did. From the moment we entered, we were greeted by Dee, whom later on you will see made this experience a memorable one. As we sat down, she introduced herself and informed us on the drink and food specials. After her throughly going through the menu and providing insight, she asked what drinks we wanted and then proceeded to get them. The music was great and we begin to dance, and when she returned she informed us that if we wanted to make a request we could. After we did, she came out swiftly with our food. I told my boyfriend that I forgot to ask for some sauce on the side, and Dee immediately circled back and not only asked if I needed some sauce, but told me about their special sauce that they make in house and let me say it was amazing!!! The meal was amazing, the atmosphere was one for the books, and Dee not only went above and beyond, but truly stamped what the CUT represents….. a good time with good people. Try it for yourself, and ask for Dee and thank me later! ❤️

I came here for my pre-birthday party on 10/24/2024. There were maybe about 15 people in the place. How did they sell out of fish by 7:30 pm?! I was hotter than fish grease! Had my mouth all fixed for that bomb fish and ya’ll were sold out! I’ll be back next week but please don’t ever sell out again that early! OMG! Love this place. Nice little hole in the wall.

My besties and I went there last night for my bornday!!! It was not crowded but it was a Wednesday. The food was soo good I forgot to take pictures!!!! Drinks are The White T shot was I will def be returning to see what the weekend crowd looks like!!!
