The Dam Bar and Billiards

I haven't had any food but as far as the melting pot atmosphere and drink service, love it! Great place to feel the weekend vibes with good music and playing some pool. Can grab drinks at the front of the bar or towards the back of the bar going outside.

An impressive bar in downtown Bainbridge. As an out-of-towner, I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff and most of the patrons during my visit. As a former local and now current Texan, that was a breath of fresh in a town that had seemed ambivalent to outsiders. Definitely worth return visits!

Everytime I have been to this bar the staff is friendly and we always have a good time. I have never felt uncomfortable nor have I felt unsafe as I have when I attended a few other bars in the past. The restrooms are always clean which is a huge deal to me. The prices are reasonable and seating has never been an issue. For a small place to have a good time they do very well to accommodate the crowd. If there has ever been an issue with behavior of others attending the bar I would have never known because I have not witnessed any. It's good to have a place like this to chill and have fun. The crowd is very diverse which is a big plus to me as well. I recommend The Dam bar to anyone who is looking to hang out and have fun! Plus they don't close at 10:00pm like most places do in town. If I have ever had an issue of any sort the owner has always followed up in a timely manner to resolve it. I will be returning again soon! Although I would suggest maybe eventually adding a few choices of food items.I like snacks when I party lol!

Since I wasn’t able to make it to the one-year celebration I figured it would be appropriate to come on here and give my most favorite place in Bainbridge the review they deserve. I started going to this place back in December, from the first time I stepped foot in that bar I felt at home. I know it seems strange to compare the feel of a bar to “home” but I seriously felt like I was 18 again on a Saturday night walking into Pud’s ready to throw down- a familiar feeling that I had missed for so long. I am all about good vibes and fun times, and this bar offers all of that and more. You really don’t have to worry about who you are, what you look like, or what anyone thinks of you whenever you walk through those doors because the feeling of acceptance is plentiful and I mean that 100%. It doesn’t matter who you are or where you come from, you are welcome in The Dam and you will feel that good energy as soon as you enter the building. I am thankful to have discovered this place; the memories I have made, the new friends I have met, and the fun experiences are what I cherish the most about this bar and honestly it’s what keeps me coming back. Of course I cannot forget to mention the owners and the staff, they honestly are a big part of what makes this place as cool as it is. Each one of them has their own individual personalities yet they all mesh so well and they all keep you smiling- and if you aren’t smiling when you walk in they will make sure you are smiling by the time you leave. I feel like the place is honestly just one big family and I may be just a customer but I truly feel like I am a-part of that family now, The Dam Family, and that makes me smile. Please go support this place, you won’t regret it one Dam bit!

I have been coming to this place for over a year I have made some of the best relationships of my life. When you come in they treat you as if you are apart of their bloodline. A Whole Vibe with good southern hospitality

The Dam Bar is a cool chill spot I mean I have no complaints security strictly enforced the only thing missing is food to handle those drinks lol
