The Den Hookah Lounge and Smoke Shop

I went to the Den last night and all I can say is wow! Tony, one of the owners was kind and attentive as well as his staff. The decor was nice with a good atmosphere and the music was on hit. The hookah….poppin! It was an overall experience and I am definitely going back.

I went to The den recently and I can actually say that the employees here were so welcoming ! Especially the girl that helped us named Paris. The place itself had a great vibe to it, I would definitely recommend going on a Saturday.

Horrible customer service if you spend 80$ they still wanna charge you for WATER. Go anywhere else.

my first experience was the ultimate regret i would never come here again i paid just to too hear the owner and his sidekicks talk for 2 hours straight and gave me migraine and didnt even smoke so so unprofessinal and ghetto i wouldnt come here ever again thats real and truth coming from someone who is coming from los angeles hollywood yeah theres better spots in the area ….

I got to go during the grand opening and after as well at 2am (they closed at 3am). The hookah lounge was so much fun. The vibes were so cool, everyone was with their groups of friends smoking and enjoying themselves. I had my hookah and my friends as well and the flavor hookah I got was "exes kisses" definitely recommend you trying that. They do have an assortment of drinks (non alcoholic), and snacks as well. Highly recommend.

Great friendly employees, good vibes, and a nice first experience! The couch was comfy and there was security walking around which is nice. No alcoholic beverages tho so that is the only reason it is 4 stars. The employees checked on us often <3

Owner of the den is very welcoming and presentable. The store itself is held with high maintenance and high customer service Greatest spot in Merced!
