I understand that with a new location comes some kinks you have to work out, however that does not give workers the right to lecture students PAYING for a $1000+ meal plan when their food has sat on the counter for 20+ minutes still marked “almost done.” My food was sat waiting at the food sendoff window for a solid 10-15 minutes, I scanned the app, and when I approached with my number, I was lectured about how “if the app says it’s not ready, then it’s not ready” only for the food to actually BE READY. There is absolutely zero reason these old ass women should be lecturing students like this. We pay too much for food to be treated and served our meals like this.

would give a 0 star for the manager if I could. I came in asking if I could get a piece of cheese on my burger because their online transit app wasn't functioning properly and refunding my order. Manager with attitude told me to go to the hawkcard office to fix it over 49 cents!? I get it, but at the same time it's one piece of cheese and she had attitude up the wall which was a horrible experience. took the hawkcard office 20 minutes to realize that it was just a glitch and I'm not even hungry atp.

Not a bad place to eat at all. Food is quick and affordable, meal swipe times are acceptable, plenty of good seating, plenty of options.

The food is great but they do have weird rules when it comes to meal swipes

Closed 2 hours early. Can’t even use the food swipes you buy because they are closed half the time they say they are open.
