The nicest safest nightclub in Salt Lake City. I will return many times. Make sure you check them out. And they are now open on Thursdays too.

Every employee we encountered was friendly. The music that was played was good. The crowd sucked. Young 21-year-olds acting like they were 15 yrs old dominated the place. Their rude behaviors & comments made dancing and having fun very impossible, as they did not keep to themselves. There was no place to sit and drink for a minute unless you've got a VIP table... we just wanted a place to sit/stand while we quickly drank our drinks and got back to dancing.

The music is fun!! The crowd is barely legal through maybe their late 20s. Wish there was some diversity here. But it is still fun! Security does a great job. My friend was hit in the head with a bottle thrown into the crowd, and security handled the situation really well and timely. The staff overall has been good the times I've been.

Went for a drag brunch here. The food was delicious but cold. The nachos were too soggy and cold for me. The show was a lot of fun.

Downtown Salt Lake City continues to sprout little cool hangout spots and surprise nuggets of entertainment. I already was a big fan of Twist (the adjacent bar) but now that they added the connecting Exchange by Twist this most likely will be the primary go-to club downtown. Many aspects of this one-two punch are just flat out cool. The multi level industrial layout is interesting, and makes for fun druken adventures and perspectives. In total there are 5 bars in this complex with varying lighting ambiance and music options. There’s even a pleasant outdoor patio area will ample heat lamps when it’s cold. Overall this place slaps. It has a great flow of traffic, great people, and solid bar tenders. I don’t have any complaints. Keep it up Salt Lake City! Excited to see the economic expansion. Now let’s just update the debilitating alcohol laws so businesses and restaurants can thrive.

I lost my purse with all my personal items at exchange/twist. I called 20 times with no answer and a full voicemail inbox. I went the next day for them to check their lost and found. Security proceeded to tell me they were too busy to check while talking to their friends. I asked to speak to someone and they told me to come back another day. Overall super unprofessional and not helpful. Extremely rude staff.

Security was awful, cussed us out when we wanted to have a civil conversation because we were confused as to why we weren’t allowed in after we already paid to be. We were completely ignored and disregarded.

I was at exchange last night and it turned out to be St Patrick’s celebration so they charged $20 cover which in my opinion not worth it, there was nothing but St. Patrick’s decorations but if you pay this amount you expect something different or at least the place to be in good condition. The bathrooms are so dirty, no toilet paper whatsoever. Then this section of twist connects to the terrace one, one of the sections had horrible sound system, you could not hear the music clearly because I think a speaker wasn’t working properly, I mean it’s a night club, the best thing would be the speakers no? Anyway I thought the $20 cover wasn’t worth it at all!
