Unfortunately one of the only burger joints in all of Iowa Falls. Atmosphere felt unclean with clumps of dust hanging from the ceiling fan and old rusted knick knacks scattered about. We ordered three burgers and it took well over 30 minutes, people that came in after us got served first so I'm not sure what happened. Then the burgers we got were way overcooked, black on one side and dry. I ordered the "Bob Burger" and it was an absolute sopping mess! I couldn't even lift the burger off the plate it was stuck to it... Fries tasted alright though and the coleslaw was good. Overall I'm disappointed but there's no other competition in town so I'm not too surprised either.

The ONLY reason they didn't get 5 stars is because the side salad is very wanting. BUT everthing else is amazing!!! I just love the variety of burgers. Tried everyone of them and would eat any of them again. Love the appetizers. Well... really I really love anything on their menu. Staff is always fun. When people come to town I always recommend them.

Awesome service and great food, for a good price. I'll be back next time I'm in town for sure.

Nice pub, very limited in parking space. Had a good time out here with the fam, drinks were good but I should’ve chose the double cheeseburger but nooooo I had to go with the buffalo burger instead, what a disappointment to say the least. No flavor, bland and way overcooked. The rest of the fam enjoyed their burgers juicy and rich in flavor. Our server was very friendly and professional.

I love this place. The food is okay, but the service makes up for where the food quality lacks. They don't take Amex, so this makes it difficult as a business traveler to go there on a corporate card. Again, great service!

Great food. Great service. Great atmosphere. My second visit here and it was as good as the first. My mom in law loves the Swiss mushroom burger and ot looked delicious. I got the Reuben with a side of corn nuggets. You can't visit Iowa and not get something made of corn. Everything was excellent. Plenty to look at on the walls especially the motorcycle ridin' skeleton wearing a Santa hat!

The food and service were very good! Highly recommend! The atmosphere is nice as well! I was there in the afternoon during the Iowa Firemen's Association convention, so it was pretty busy, yet neither the food quality nor service suffered!

My daughter and I recently took a road trip, which happened to bring us down Hwy 20 and the Iowa Falls exit at lunch time. We crossed the river on the beautiful bridge into town. At the first light, we saw the 502 Grill House window was filled with people sitting at a table and patrons were coming out and going in--must be good food I told my daughter. We sat in a comfy booth and looked at the quirky decor. Our server was prompt and friendly. We asked for a little time on the menus since this was our first visit. My daughter had the cheese steak sandwich and fries, and I had the fried gizzards and fried onion petals. I know. Some of you may think I'm crazy, but the rest of you who love fried gizzards will understand. I'm from the south, and I was hoping this little spot would offer up something different--they made my day. Everything was delicious, and we both highly recommend you stop in if you are ever in the neighborhood.
