The best kept secret in Vail! One of the only 2 true craft cocktail bars in the area, with an inviting and beautiful newly renovated bar.. What used to be Frost, inside the Sebastian hotel, is now a completely new experience at The Gambit! Sat at the bar and had an absolutely amazing time with live music and new cocktails, with the bartenders that were exciting to watch creating every drink and totally crushing it! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Vail.

We came to the Gambit Bar before our dinner reservation nearby. We have been coming to Vail for 20 years and are always looking for a place like this. It’s a really nice bar and lounge with small tables and bar seating. Spencer and Shelby took incredible care of us and the cocktails and food were tasty and excellently presented. There is live music from 4:30-10 which fills the room up so nicely. Best martini in Vail. This place is a must.

My guy and I enjoyed a fabulous several hours at Gambit at The Sebastian in Vail. The bar was crowded and full of people having a great time, and the bartenders Spencer and Jake took care of everyone with speed, humor, and professionalism while never missing a beat. We enjoyed great music, terrific drinks (the smoked cherry old fashioned is amazing), excellent appetizers, and we plan to stop in every afternoon while we’re here. Highly recommend!

Been coming to this location for a few years now (as a property owner) and it’s really the best, but the new team has really pushed it to another level. Our server, Gavin, was beyond exceptional and made our night one to remember. It’s not often you find a person who cares as much about their customers (or the business) as he does. Can’t wait to run it back with him again this week!

Great vibes at this understated, yet elegant and friendly hang. You won’t want to leave. The attentiveness of Austin and Spencer, combined with their high quality concoctions with live music in the background- belly up!!!

Phenomenal experience. World class, hand-crafted cocktails that rival the best bars in my hometown of San Francisco. The space is classy- great decor, and upscale ambiance balanced with an understated, unpretentious vibe. It somehow thread the needle of quality and comfort beautifully. The staff took incredible care of me- thank you! And the (unexpected) icing on the cake was great live music!

Jake and Spencer are great! Very attentive, they both make beautiful and delicious cocktails, great ambience. Love the live music! We've been in Vail for the week and keep coming back here. Definitely a must check out place!
