The Gutter

Cool vintage dive-in bar if that’s your vibe. Decent drinks too. We went for the “Gutterween” event and it was cool but nothing special. Bands were good but way too overcrowded couldn’t move without having to body or slam someone We also got a ticket for the bowling and were told it was hour and half wait and came out to be about 3 hours of a wait because they failed to tell people about the fact half of the 8 lanes they have were not functional. And their only pool table was inaccessible as well. We came from outside the city for this spot, it’s cool but nothing crazy. Just ok

We checked out the Gutter on a Thursday evening for live music (free show). In the back room. The bands were great and we had a really good time. Bar in back room was a little limited. Some of our drinks were a little over priced for a dive bar. Can’t complain cuz the music was free. Good times !

Actually this is not the first time I came to bowling at Gutter bar. This time my best friend just want to chill out so I go with her. On Sunday night it wasn't packed, there were 4 groups ahead of us but we didn't wait too long. It was so fun to come with friend no one care the score you get just having a good time. Bartender and another staff are super casual. The early shift was good but the night shift are kind of lazy and boring. That was one of the reason we left because after changing the shift, we feel the service was not good.

Popped in on a Sunday. Came with friends for some bowling. Max 6 ppl to a lane. The lanes are so old that it jams pretty often. But we had a good time. Very no frills spot. It got busy around 2pm. The lanes were full by then. The staff is suuuuper nice. They have a mini pool table as well. Great little spot to just have a casual hang with friends.

Wanted to go bowling, ended going here, it $70 total for shoe rentals, plus lane for two people for 1hour. The lanes are extremely old, had tons of problems with the lane not working, when pins were set the machine knocked them down, as well as the computer wasn’t keeping accurate score. Not the best but not the worst. I can’t comment on the food or drinks because we didn’t eat or drink there .

super fun spot, loved the old school vibe. the beer prices are fantastic and the bowling is great. there’s only 8 lanes so i recommend checking in a bit beforehand in case there’s a wait. love the fact that you can order food delivery to this spot since they don’t have a kitchen! we’ll definitely be back.

Really great spot if you like dingy dark bars. The pool table is a bit worn, but it works! Not the Best lanes if you are a serious bowler, but the bar allows you to order takeout so I think that makes up for it. This is a great bar to hit up with a few friends. I'll definitely be back soon.
