I have been going to massage therapists for over 30 years since I first injured my back. Tracey exceeds all expectations & has phenomenal knowledge of anatomy...how muscles are interconnected...&...how to apply just the right pressure & attention to one area that will really positively impact another area. Tracy is truly amazing! With multiple autoimmune disorders that cause chronic pain, I have tried so many approaches, therapies, treatments, and mannny massage therapists. Tracy is hands down the most knowledgeable and dedicated masseuse I have ever had! She knows so much about the muscles and movements that are contributing to pain and always has suggestions and tips to improve comfort and flexibility between our sessions. She is also just a loving and truly caring person who will go above and beyond for her clients.

5 stars is not enough! Tracey gives the best therapeutic or deep tissue massage I have ever had! I’ve had massages for years from practitioners at other local and chain offices before experiencing Tracey’s skill and I cannot go anywhere else now. She is unparalleled in her perceptiveness of the body’s musculoskeletal and neural interconnections. Her work releases and heals things that have been with me so long I assumed they were permanent. Tracey takes the time to teach stretching and posture and other healthy practices that lead to long term healing and wellness. It’s clear that massage therapy is far more than just a job or career for Tracey. It’s a gift and a passion and it makes a difference you notice immediately when you are on her table.

To say I am blown away is an understatement. Tracey is more knowledgeable than any massage therapist I have worked with since being an athlete.
