First time at a hookah lounge, so I don't have anything to compare it to; but this place was nice. They offer a variety of flavors for the hookah. There is a pool table. Cheap buckets of beer and you can mix your beers. They allow you use their laptop to pick the music that is played and they good speakers.

Very cool place to hang after a long day at work. Went tonight to check out their Karaoke Tuesday, and had so much fun! Incredible singers, a good mix of people that were there to have fun. People were going next door to Slims Chicken and bringing in bags of food to enjoy while they relaxed and sang. That was awesome that that was an option. Super clean, owner is fantastic taking care of everyone. Definitely our new spot for karaoke.

Such an amazing place with a great chill vibe! Loved the plush velvet couches and trendy decor. Excellent lighting and sound. Fantastic selection of beer and Hookah flavors. Prices and service are excellent. Owner is attentive and knowledgeable.Looking forward to going back! One of Bentonville/Roger areas best kept secrets!

I really love this place. My fiancée and I are regulars here! The servers are always nice and super friendly. Everything is awesome here. Love the karaoke nights! I hope you will keep them! 🙂 also, they have a point system which I find is amazing.

This place is SUCH hidden gem! The vibe is amazing. Velvet and leather furniture with beautiful fixtures. Nice pool tables. Great beer selection. CLEAN bathrooms. Bartender was super helpful and fast. Owner was incredibly nice and wanted to hear from customers their opinions on what we wanted to see in her establishment. 10 out of 10 can’t go wrong with this place!!

A great place to hang out and vibe with friends. The atmosphere is amazing, great customer service, and a huge variety of Hookah flavors! They also have a selection of wines, beer, and a variety of other drinks. The owner is an absolute sweetheart!

Great place with great atmosphere and service. They were sure to keep my coals fresh and made sure we were having a great time. They even added some new coals and shared some great tea on the house. The great hookah was only surpassed by the great individuals working there.

Update: 3/26 I am not friends nor do I know the previous owners of this lounge but have had much better experiences in the past. I live out of state and I visit here a few times a year. If I'm expected to pay gratuity I expect someone to give me at least 1 round of coals but after 45 minutes I decided to leave due to the lack of service and frustration I've experienced at your lounge. Stating this is a scam is baffling and maybe you should get the facts of the night prior to your assumptions because your manager talked down to us and only saw use 2x to fix their mistake Once for the hookah not flowing properly and secondly to bring my friends hookah they forgot. Thanks for the recommendation to go to Fayetteville Hookah I will definitely give them a chance to earn my repeat business. This place has had several owners in the past two years I've visited. I came here last night at around 9:30pm 3/25 with a few friends. We ordered 3 hookahs and the service was horrendous! First of all, you charge $24.00 for a hookah that leaks air that the owner had to fix and bring back but you also charge gratuity of $4.00 & a $3.00 delivery charge... delivery charge which was mandatory!!! I counted 4 people working the front counter but customer service doesnt seem to exist here. No coal service for the overpriced hookah and we had to go up to the front counter for service and they FORGOT 1 of our hookahs we prepaid for and even acknowledged they forgot! I spoke with another guest who were equally upset who was there BEFORE our arrival and they had the same issue. I wouldn't come back due to the horrible service and ridiculous expenses. There was 4 tables upon my arrival when we ordered so there were not busy or can use that excuse for horrible service. No discounts, refunds, and I left with sour taste in my mouth. No wonder this place keeps changing owners and losing repeat business.
