I go to the crawls in Reno with my service dog. We have been to many crawls, concerts and situations alike. She is trained to help me with crowd management and other things affecting my disability. I am completely sober and just got with friends to experience the night. I waited in like for a long time last night for the Zombie crawl in which I informed staff twice that she was a service dog. When I got to the door I was monies entry per the bar manager. When I asked to speak to him the bouncer said I could either call the cops or go someone else because he’s not going to get the manager. I hope they know that denying entry of medically necessary equipment is illegal. I wouldn’t doubt it if they also denied entry to those in wheel chairs or otherwise on the premise that it’s too busy for them to worry about their place of business being safe and inclusive. Not cool at all.

Very cute! Went on Saturday around 8pm. Bartender and DJ were both kind. Loved hearing the karaoke even if the singers weren't the best lol. Was fun to cheer them on while I was a bit tipsy.

Great amazing bartender we come in on a Thursday night which was karaoke night and it was awesome, The bar is clean as well as the restroom they have 2 pool tables to test your pool sharks skills

This bar is unsafe. There are so many better places to go and within a 30 second to 3 minutes walk. It was better under previous ownership.

Awesome spot, stopped here for the zombie crawl event. They didn't charge us if we didn't have the crawl cup which was nice. Line moved fairly quick. Lively place, decent prices, and we had a great time here. Would return here if I have the chance.
