This place smells like sewer, I should of left when I smelled that but I went to go eat and if I would have seen all the bugs and mats in between the booth n wall prior to getting my food. I would have never ordered. Then on top of that the food was awful, got chicken tenders and they were chewy! I couldn’t enjoy them. The bartender had an attitude when I told her about it. I didn’t get a refund or anything.

Dang, should've read the reviews before i drove there. Walked in. A bartender and 1 patron. Patron walks out as we walk in. Bartender doesn't acknowledge our presence. We sit down. ( Hopefully waiting on a server or someone else to serve us.) Sat a few minutes longer. Bartender goes to the back not to return to the front. I say to my husband, " I don't think we are going to be served in here today." Husband gets up and walks around to see if there is someone else to serve us. He walks to the back and asks the bartender if he was the only person there. Bartender says yes. We left.

Twice now I’ve tried to go here for lunch and they don’t have anyone available to cook food. The first time I even messaged them ahead of time informing them of our group and was told it was no problem. Only to arrive and be told there wasn’t a chef available. Thought it was maybe a one off thing and tried it again today, after a couple months and same thing happened… thankfully there are other good places to eat on Main Street.

The bartender with curly hair in a bun on 6/22 was so incredibly rude. How are you going to freak out over a $4.50 tip when you continued to make the drink wrong. Then force a Gratuity charge because you were rude the entire night to several customers which caused us to not tip on one of our several purchases. Sloans down the street has much better service and doesn't treat you like crap just because you ask for a drink to be made a different way especially when you still drank the terrible made drink the first time. Just because you have an attitude problem due to other factors that did not involve us does not allow for you to treat people terribly. I think you need to think before you act.

Our food order was wrong. And couldn't be corrected. They didn't have what I ordered and instead of letting me know, they just substituted without asking. The food was decent. Our bill was wrong not once but twice. Two of us asked for a drink. She brought one. I had to go to the bar to get mine. Had to listen to friends or relatives of the cook or bartender scream at each other with the f word as every other word. I understand now why there were no patrons besides two people at the bar. In the end we still paid $10 more than our bill should have been because the bartender didn't know how to correct the amount. Too many other great places to eat and enjoy ourselves in Collinsville. I won't be back. Worse experience I've had in years.

On Sarurday 6/22 my friends and i went to a couple bars that night. We started at Big Daddy's and I ordered 1 liquid Marijuana then we left and went to sloans where we all ordered liquid Marijuanas they were made right no issues at each location. We went to lucky fox, (my first time) my friends had been there before. I started off with a Jack honey and coke but then I offered to buy my friends and I drinks so I got the liquid Marijuana the first time the chick with the curly hair in a bun didn't make them right I didn't say anything because I was trying to be nice maybe she didn't know how to make them. The second time I ordered them the other bartender asked what I would like so I told her 3 liquid Marijuanas and she had the other girl in the bun make them. Of course were made wrong again and the blonde girl could tell I was upset and she asked what was wrong I told her I was like she's not making them right and she immediately started talking to her probably telling her I said she was making them wrong and the girl with the bun shrugged her shoulders. So I cashed out and left no tip. Then I went out back to chill with my friends and the girl in the bun came out and was like did you mean to leave it like this and I said yes because you didn't make the drinks right and you didn't care and I told the other bartender that you weren't making them right and she said she "didn't tell her" and I said riiight like I believe that and she stormed off saying she is charging a 25% tip on my card. The way she made them she only put coconut Malibu rum, midori and pineapple juice, when she was missing the blue curacao and the caption Morgan rum. So my first and last time going to that bar.

The waitress/bartender do not know what the sauces are for the wings. Ordered a double cheese burger. Was brought a single cheeseburger asked ummm didn't I order a double? Noone knew. 1, because that waitress left for the night 2, because the post it that the order was written on wad thrown away. So they will make another pattie. Brings said pattie out with cheese on it
